My boyfriend and I visited a friend and her boyfriend while they were staying at this location this past weekend. I've also visited someone here before and both times I have had a very pleasant experience. I think that the rooms themselves are gorgeous and very convenient. The location of the hotel is also stupendous for those who like to shop and see the city. Although I've not spent my money here, I can confidently say that I would and still recommend the establishment to anyone.

Sitting in my room at Hotel as I write this. Extremely disappointed with exterior of property. The interior is not good either. Had I not stood to be out my $225 for the 2 rooms I booked I would not have checked in at all. The cancellation deadline was 24 hrs before check in, so stuck with room but would NEVER come back. Front desk nice but unorganized. Took 15-20 minutes to decide what rooms could be used to fulfill my week old reservation. No elevators period. . .which is not upfront in description of hotel. Advertised “with full kitchen”, except there is nothing to cook with, cook in, eat with, or eat on. The rooms are extremely dated, furniture is old and used past it’s best days. Fireplace touted in advertising, but what to light it with is your own problem I guess. My advice, pay an extra $20 and stay at a real true nicely appointed hotel elsewhere.

Cheap and amazing! Spacious Clean Modern Comfy and every thing is free (included in room price). Breakfast is yummy as well.

I've stayed at the hotel at WaterWalk several times and each time it is a pleasant experience. The rooms are homey and clean and the staff is always helpful. The free shuttle service is a HUGE help when you want to go to go out to restaurants out bars near Old Town or far from it. The price is very reasonable for quick to day visits or for week long stays. I highly recommend

The room was great! Well furnished and very comfortable. They have the best complimentary breakfast I've had at a hotel in a long time, complete with made to order egg dishes and french toast, or buffet style of you don't want to wait. They also have a shuttle that you can schedule and take around the city which was very helpful. The driver was slightly rude when trying to wrangle our large group, but to be fair we were running 2 or 3 minutes late. Staff was very friendly otherwise. Also the toilet made weird noises when flushed, but obviously that doesn't detract a star.

I can't beleive this place is so cheap!!! The breakfast is unbeatable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The building are starting to show signs of wear hopefully they don't let go any more. Enjoyed the fire place. They even supply the logs.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was a wonderful benefit as a very nice person drove us to dinner, picked us up and dropped us off and picked us up for concert. Breakfast eggs, pancakes and waffles cooked to order. Will definitely go back.

Wonderful place with spacious rooms. Staff is very accommodating and interior of rooms feel clean and modern. Only downsides were uncovered door access and the exterior of the buildings look a bit older. But the property is very nice and well kept and is close to everything you could want in Wichita.

This is a nice place to go after work with friends or to lunch/dinner with the family. They have $5.00 pizza day which is awesome! They are brick oven pizza's the size of a dinner plate - pretty amazing!! They also offer an upper level and deck area and bring in local bands in the summer. It's in an old

Excellent location. It's close to Wichita night life, but it feels private. The rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. Staff is polite and helpful.

My favorite modestly-priced hotel in Wichita. The city is full of kinda crappy multi-building apartment complexes built around a pool/clubhouse, with each building being two stories tall and containing four units each. This hotel is a renovated one of those. But done well (fireplaces!) with great service and the best free hot breakfast in its class. Folks are super nice. Did I mention the fireplaces? They also run a free shuttle to anyplace within 3 miles of the property.

Every part of my stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely professional and went above and beyond. Suites were spotless and beautiful! Highly recommend this facility for conference facility and for the rooms! Excellence all around!

Hotel was very nice and clean. We definitely got what we paid for and more! Only down side was traffic was a little. Noisy at times. Very pleased. Will stay there again!
