I didn't take advantage of much while there, just needed a place to sleep for the night. It was very cozy and they had a Starbucks inside so I was able to get good coffee before I left. Really nice inside. Will stay again when in the area

The rooms are huge, the lobby is cozy and well designed, they have fruit water and tea available 24/7 and a coffee shop/bar serving Starbucks in the lobby. Add in super friendly staff that ask you almost too often if you need anything and it's a near perfect experience. Lots of bars and restaurants withing walking, as well as an Aveda salon and some cute local shops!!

As a wedding gift, my husband and I were gifted with a room for the night of our wedding. The room was very spacious and elegant. The room was very comfortable! My biggest turn off was the parking. You have to pay for it and most of the parking is off site. While my husband and I didn't mind paying for the parking (being that the room was free to us), I wouldn't want to pay the nightly rate and parking. The second turn off was the lack of the complimentary breakfast. As I said before, my husband and I didn't mind because we didn't pay for it. However, if we did, the nightly rate was very expensive for not having complementary breakfast or onsite free parking. Otherwise, the experience was wonderful! Absolutely beautiful room and surroundings!

Very nice room, spacious, clean, new. Love the women's makeup mirror big plus for me. Restaurant had great food at a reasonable price. Great customer service in the restaurant. Omelette made to order. Bar was clean and great customer service. Checkin was fast and staff courteous. Conference area was great. Staff again courteous and professional.

I stayed here for a work conference. The staff I met we're very friendly. They went out of their way to introduce themselves and to check on my satisfaction. I was only an attendee so there was no special benefit to them doing this. I was very satisfied with my stay, and the price I paid for my room. The Old Town area also has a lot to offer.

Room was super spacious, lights in the room a bit dim but whatever. In town for a wedding and this was a great spot walking distance from a theater and restaurants. Service was great!

The location is great, it's close to several different restaurants and is within 15min if everything that I needed to get to. The room was very nice, it was a corner king room. The building itself is pretty awesome, the lobby is modern and everything is close at hand, that reminds me I need a drink. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was big and clean, with an excellent view to the South (we were on the fifth floor). Staff was friendly and the location is fantastic. My main complaint is that after paying for a parking permit we had to park on the street Saturday night. It took 20 minutes of driving around to find a spot remotely close to the hotel. Take better care to only issue as many permits as spaces--or more likely, do a better job of keeping non authorized cars out of your lots. I doubt this is an issue during the week, but I have to mention it.

Somewhat noisy bar/grill place, lots of beer varieties, good service overall. My steak was a bit stringy plus had fat to trim off, but tasted OK. Loved the pretzel appetizer and enjoyed two different beers. Good ambiance for a couple or a group of friends. Fairly good value for the money, I would go back.

Arrived Dec 27, 2016. Very quiet, and liked the room a lot. Lots to do in Old Town. No noise from bars, maybe because of the season. No free parking, and no comp. breakfast, but we might stay again because of Old Town and excellent reception staff.

Great space and very friendly service, have stayed there for years and it's always my "go to" when the rates make sense. The location is ideal and good shops and restaurants are walkable. All the staff are very welcoming and quick to help.

Everything was AMAZING - except - NO CHRISTMAS TREE :( WHY NO CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS!?! - I had been told there would be one in the lobby & upon arrival none was to be found. Family out of town & wanted our every 5 yr photo in front of the tree, so sad. ROOMS WERE 5 STAR and the queen rooms were big enough for family to gather & enjoy opening gifts. Commons area PERFECT to play games & stay warm! We did not partake in the breakfast, thought the price was to steep. Hotel is within walking distance of LOTS OF THINGS- Mosley Street Melodrama was our entertainment of choice!!
