Attended a conference and the rooms where great. Service was excellent and the facility was very clean. Would return.

Customer service can make or break any stay. This hotel has the worst I have ever experienced. They charged my personal card as well as my company's card for my room. Instead of fixing their mistake, or providing a receipt, they are incomparably rude and SNOTTY (a word I rarely use, but the maturity level exhibited by the condescending Deidre calls for it). I'd pay twice as much and be inconvenienced by being miles away from the airport in another hotel to avoid this sketchy place ever again.

Great location, easy to get to and very easy to get in and out of. The hotel is nice. The service is wonderful. Banquet food is good but not spectacular.

The most extensive food bar I have ever seen. We happened to arrive when they were from breakfast to lunch and the assortment of gourmet entrees, fresh vegetables, salads, crudités, desserts, etc was mind-boggling. The seafood dishes were delicious! There were four vegetarians at our table and they were very happy with the selections.

Good location near the airport, but doesn't suffer from noise pollution. The beds are firmer than most hotel, which I like. Good access to the highway and downtown Wichita.

We dined at the restaurant downstairs, Legends. On Saturday's they have a seafood buffet. Best all you can eat hands down if you love seafood. All you can eat King Crab legs and they make them just right.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Warm cookie at check in was delicious. Conveniently located just across from the airport. From check out at hotel to at the gate for flight in less than 30 minutes including rental car return.

Room was really nice. The hotel was very nice. Everything was clean and smelled good. The pillows were not very good. I'm not a huge fan of any hotel pillow because they seem to flatten very easily. These were no exception.

I attended a professional training event and the room it was held in was very nice. When we got low on seating, hotel staff was very quick to respond with extra chairs. They're very professional and it's a very nice hotel.

Food is great. The double tree cookies are delicious, but read the nutrition facts so you know what you're getting into :) It's a very nice hotel and they just renovated the ballrooms, which look very nice. I'm looking forward to my wedding there!

The original brewery in Wichita and maybe the best! Having sampled many local breweries I still like River City brews the best. Fun club upstairs often featuring excellent bands. I have co hosted several parties here with great success. Above average bar and comfort food downstairs. Try it out. Great for groups.

I was stranded at the airport and was put up here. The shuttle driver was the first impression and he was very nice and personable. Check in was a breeze. Put my stuff in the room and went to dinner. I got the rib eye and it was cooked perfectly and delicious. Room was clean, looked relatively newer. Bed was spotless as was the small chair. Bathroom was clean as well as the shower. My room had no bathtub. Each side of the bed had 2 outlets and usb. Shuttle is 24 hours. I would stay again.

This is a good hotel that is working at getting better. The staff are always welcoming, professional and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the property is in the process of improving its appearance. A good restaurant with delicious selections rounds out a very satisfying hotel experience.
