I’ve stay at the Ambassador Hotel in Wichita, KS several times and the stay is always very pleasant. The room is clean and tidy, not to mention the beautiful set up. The staff is always kind and informative if I ever have any questions.
Beautifully renovated hotel. First-class service and amenities. Great restaurant as well. I recommend this for anybody visiting.
The Ambassador hotels are very good. This is no exception. The staff is well trained and very professional. The atmosphere is elegant and absolutely comfortable. Our room was spacious and beautiful. Every detail was well thought out and perfectly executed. The on-site restaurant has excellent food and once again, the staff is exceptional. The hidden gem is the speakeasy type lounge in the basement. Our family will come again.
The restaurant is fantastic. Food and service is great but the speak easy is run by a total d bag. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great meal just avoid the temptation to go to the speak easy
What can I say, this place is amazing. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and very modern. The drinks at the speakeasy downstairs are incredible as well. Great place to stay and we will be returning!
Absolutely love the Dockums Apothecary speakeasy bar in the basement of The Ambassador Hotel! Recently had a happy hour there to celebrate a work event and they were so awesome they even created a special drink just for our group! Couldn't have asked for better service from Cara and the rest of the bar staff!
I am sure my experience is atypical, but I stayed here for work for 6 nights. In that time, the only time they replaced my shampoo was when I called the front desk to ask for more. Additionally, they didn't empty the trash the last 2 or 3 days. Lastly, my shower didn't seem to mix the hot and cold water properly, and I was unable to find anything that wasn't scalding hot or ice cold. Customer service was great and the rooms are beautiful, but I probably wouldn't stay here again unless my company asked me to. Also, they need fridges in the rooms.
What a spectacular hotel and staff! Rooms are large and quiet with very nice details. Luxurious in many ways. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Food is great at the on-site restaurant, drinks can get expensive in their speakeasy though.
Another great Autograph hotel by Marriott. The restaurant has a pretty good happy hour from 3-6 pm. There is a parking garage right near the hotel for $12 a day. The king room is very spacious with a huge bathroom! Would be nice if the bathroom had a tub as well, but the shower was fantastic.
I've stayed at this hotel several times and am always impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I met one staff member there recently who helped take our luggage cart up to our room, and once we got there he put everything in its proper place. There's plenty of amenities and the atmosphere makes for a good night's sleep.
Beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant is extremely nice with a great menu, a hidden gem in Wichita. The staff is helpful and always have a great attitude.
The staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time. The facilities were very nice, extremely clean, well kept up, and all the amenities you would expect. Beds were extremely comfortable. The restaurant was decent for breakfast, while the dinner smelled amazing on our way out the door that evening. We would definitely stay there again.
We stayed there on our wedding night. Great service, so many complements and congratulatory words on our wedding. The speakeasy was a really cool experience. The receptionist made sure our night was spectacular as she moved our reservation from a third floor room to a 13th floor corner room with a beautiful view. Breakfast room service was amazing to say the least. The room was spacious, the bathroom amazing, the water pressure was awesome. Stay here, do yourselve a favor and stay here. It will create good memories!
Was here to stay for a NYE wedding. It's a very clean, well-appointed hotel. Had it been just my wife and I, this would have been the perfect place to get away for a few days. With kids, however, it was lacking. There was not much there for activities for them. This might actually make it better for being a quiet retreat, and I don't think it's necessary a bad thing, but if you're looking for a family stay, I would probably look elsewhere .
