Great place for the price. Nice and clean. Modern rooms. Hallways a little dated. Friendly staff. Look elsewhere for food.

I travel very frequently for business. This is by far the worst hotel I have had in 32 years of business travel. No coffee in the lobby unless you stand in a huge line and pay for it. No free breakfast, which isn't a big deal, but you are FORCED to wait in a long line to get something to eat. My breakfast was about $14 and was supposed to be a corned beef hash over eggs. What I got grossed me out! After 15 minutes of waiting they served me cold eggs (obviously from powder) which had some cheese and corned beef on top. Microwaved! The staff was doing their best but were clearly overwhelmed. This is totally a management issue. I felt bad for the poor staff. In addition they messed up my bill. they raised my rate for the second night by $35 without telling me. Get your act together Hotel Indigo!

Large rooms with plenty of space to unwond and relax. Clean and comfortable. I wish the small restaurant was set up more efficiently for breakfast. It's a little hectic.

Clean rooms but a few things I'm missing for a two week stay. No microwave or bathtub in the rooms. No hot tub for the pool area and free breakfast isn't included. Drinks are good at the bar but It was the worst burger I've ever had. Staff is friendly. I wish they had a vending machine for soda or snacks. They have snacks at the bar but need to wait for someone to check you out. Long lines for breakfast in the morning so I had to skip every day. No coffee in the lobby which would be nice to be able to grab a to go cup before work.

Just booked me and families room there for our trip to six flags hopefully our stay will be great will post update once we arrive friday only down fall so far is no complemintary breakfast

The hotel was clean and nice. House keeping only knocked once until they realized I didn't have to leave yet. Good customer service. No complementary breakfast. Its close to Wal-Mart, food, and the mall. Overall good experience.

The place is clean with big rooms, but a little outdated. Quiet and family friendly. The bar is a nice addition, no beer on the tab.

The beds and rooms were very well maintained. The hotel was well kept and clean. No issues with staff either which is good. Some hotels can look nice but then the staff will bring it down. Not this place. Inside the rooms was nice and up to date. Flat screen tvs mounted to the wall. Classy looking beds and couches.

OMG this hotel was wonderful. My friends and I stayed here for one night when we had a 5k run. The staff at the front desk was so polite to us and hoped all of us wasn't to sore afterwards. The room was beautiful and updated even had hardwood floors. The shower was fantastic and I absolutely loved it. The breakfast wasn't free but it was well worth the money I paid for it. Overall I would love to stay here again.

I loved the name which is why I looked at the hotel. I loved that there was a background story and that all of the hotels have a different theme. I found this one to be beautiful. Decor was wonderful. Staff, especially Nancy was amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean. I will definitely stay again.
