Holiday inn Express seems like a nice place to stay! Free breakfast, nice place, it all adds up to a good experience!

Alright location. Had too many issues with people asking for money in the parking lot on multiple occasions. They wouldn't even call the cops or try in any way to fix the problem so we switch hotels during our vacation.

The room was very clean, comfy beds, nice hot tub and pool. Free breakfast was really nice with lots of choices including hot food too. Less than 10 minutes from Gurney outlet mall.

The staff is very nice and the breakfast in the morning is quite good. The only reason why I have rated as a three star is because the beds feel like some one threw a blanket on the floor. They are so incredibly hard that I'm having a hard time falling asleep

The hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean, staff was nice, and the breakfast gets a passing grade. It is close to the Navy base which is very convenient for passing review guests. The only concern would be that the parking lot is in a bit of an odd place on the corner.

Located a bit out of the way of the main strip but does have its own environment of stores. Very clean and nicely furnished room. Breakfast was hot and fresh with a good variety of foods. Pool and hot tub were also nice.

While not the fanciest accommodations this hotel is clean, friendly, and consistent. I've stayed here several different nights now as my company is close by and I find the location convenient and the rooms comfortable. I do wish it was a tad quieter- but generally the hotel isn't packed so usually noise isn't a huge problem. Nice breakfast bar too.

This is hands down the best hotel for anyone attending the Naval Boot Camp Graduation! They offer a FREE shuttle to and from the graduation. Other hotels in the area charge for their shuttles. It was so convenient that morning to eat the delicious, complimentary breakfast and then hop on the FREE shuttle with an extremely friendly, knowledgeable driver. They also stream the graduation live in the breakfast area for anyone who cannot attend the actual ceremony. There is plenty of seating available for anyone who wants to watch. To top it all off, a complimentary hotdog lunch is provided for the graduates and their families/friends. It is so wonderful to come back to a relaxing space where the graduates to unwind and eat a nice meal. Other hotels in the area do not offer that kind of welcome for the graduates. The Holiday Inn Express really goes above and beyond for the guests AND the graduates. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. This is the place to stay!

Business economy. Lacks the comfort and conveniences of other like competing hotels. Didn't like the bed. Not enough electrical outlets in the right places. Only one working ice machine in the whole hotel and I had to go find it. Don't bother with the hot tub. It's dirty and the jets are turned off (sign sites "local code" as reason). Probably just broken and they won't spend the $ to fix it. The hotel is safe, well lit and the desk agent was pleasant. That's about it.

This hotel is in a great location. Lots of nearby restaurants and easy to get to. I found it to be very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly too.

Overall a nice place for the money conscientious traveller. The rooms lack that upper scale refinements such as USB charging ports in the desk lights or walls outlets, and towels that don't feel like burlap and possibly a compact pull out love seat sleeper (similar to a sofa sleeper, just smaller)
But what this hotel missed it more than made up for with the staff. Although I never did see the manager working the front desk, the staff at all levels from housekeeping to the front desk was always ready with a smile and "no" was just not a word in their vocabulary.
The included breakfast was substantial and on par of this level of hotel and accommodations. And the extended hours of breakfast on the weekends was nice to see.
The bedding was very nice, almost like home and the rooms environmental controls worked perfectly.
All in all A nice place to stay, and if we are back this way we will most likely stay here again.response / report this review
