I've stayed at this specific location twice now, and will make an ongoing tradition of it. A few minutes drive from the highway, but great restaurants nearby. Clean rooms, and has been quiet both occasions. I Recommend.

The location was very accessible and easy to find. The rooms were very clean, and the balcony was swept. The staff was great and very accommodating.

Here several times a year on business. Great staff and nice hotel. Good restaurants within walking distance, and a coffee shop across the street. Tina works the hotel bistro for breakfast and will always greet you with a smile and great conversation!

This is my second time staying here. I stayed here for four days and absolutely enjoyed it. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms and common areas are very well kept, and the hotel's proximity to shopping and dining can't be beat for a suburb.

Been coming her for over 20 years. It's our getaway. Love the place but they took the hot tub away it was the reason we came to relax.

Rooms were clean and modern, beds were comfortable, and the staff here is fantastic. Very nice people. The only downside is that the area had heavy rain when I was there and the parking lot filled with water in some areas. In order to get to your car you were forced to walk through a huge puddle and get your shoes (and feet) completely soaked. Nobody wants wet shoes for the rest of their trip. I would stay here again now that I know how to park upstream when it rains.

We enjoyed our stay. The lobby has a Starbucks and a small convenience store. There's plenty of cozy places to read and rest. There's study desks with computers available. There's a courtyard that's well maintained. The rooms were clean and the furnishings were excellent. The beds were comfy. There's a balcony for each room as far as I could tell. I've never stayed at a better hotel.

Hotel was very clean and in a quiet area. Check-in was very efficient and front desk agents were friendly and informational. Hotel was also nearby a lot of restaurants and shops. Nice hotel right outside of Chicago.

Weird issue on check in where no one was available and we were locked out buy issue completely resolved by Lynn in the morning who was a great help. Decent properate otherwise.
