The rooms are very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. The lack of a microwave and mini-fridge is a negative. The king bed is very nice.

Very nice hard wood floors. Nice bathroom, great locating from the airport. Met some very nice poeple at the bar.

Nothing special. Attached restaurant is good and hibachi restaurant next door is nice. WiFi was not very good and was spotty. Cafe in lobby was sparse and didn't have much to select from.

This is such a nice hotel with such great hospitality! Not only are the beds comfortable and the water pressure strong, the breakfast at their BluStone Bistro was also delicious and the staff went above and beyond to help and please. I'm so glad we happened to stumble on this gem of a place. They gave us a late checkout with no additional charge when we thought our car wasn't going to be ready upon checkout (flat tire needed to be replaced at local Audi dealer). When I forgot the kid's wrapped leftover waffles (generous portions) at the restaurant after paying and leaving. The waitress brought the box up to our room. Then when Audi called to say the car was ready, the manager himself offered and drove my husband to the service area to pick up our car. All staff members were smiling and everyone stopped to see if we needed anything while waiting in the lobby for the car to come around. Best part is it costs very similar if not a little cheaper than many other hotels in the area. We travel a fair amount so we know what to look for in a hotel. You won't be disappointed staying here. In fact you'll leave with a smile. Thanks for taking care of us last night!

Beautiful hotel near the Albany airport. The room was large, well appointed amenities, and, most of all, very clean. The desk staff was very polite and service was excellent. Close to Wolf Road and all the things it has to offer. Definitely looking forward to being back.
