We had a WONDERFUL stay at Thanksgiving at the Longfellows Inn! The staff was kind, professional and helpful. It was our first Thanksgiving without my dad, and on Thanksgiving we ate at the Inn's restaurant. In addition to the food being delicious and the staff being attentive, they gave us a "private" room to enjoy Thanksgiving amid the huge banquet hall where they accommodated their guests. Their thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed, and their compassion went a long way to making the day a wonderful memory in the latest of "new" normal holidays my family and I have to acclimate to. Our suite, at the Inn, was also spectacular! I had dreaded Thanksgiving, but as it turned out, my family and I made wonderful memories!! Thank you!

Excellent service by our waiter and the girl who kept up on our water - both were excellent. The food was also very well executed and we loved the whole experience.

This place is 5 star al the way. Why then do I give it 4? I feel the only thing lacking is the fitness center. 1 elliptical 2 treadmills. If that is all you need or you don't exercise it's a 5. Great rooms, restaurant is so upstate New York and the bar is warm and friendly

Went to Longfellows for our anniversary. We had drinks at the bar while we waited for our reservation. The bartenders were polite fast and very efficient. Once we got our table our waitress was wonderful and helpful with our dinner choices. The food was excellent and would highly recommend.

Attended a wedding at Longfellows. The atmosphere was very intimate. Staff were very pleasant and gracious. Wonderful set up for a wonderful day

The hotel never told us when we were booking that there was a wedding reception there the same night we were staying there. They booked us in the room directly across from the restaurant and you could hear every word of the music and from the DJ up until midnight. Not only that but apparently they put the people from the party on the same floor and they were running up and down the hallway drinking and screaming until 4 AM. If they had been up front with us, we might have looked past it, but they purposely never told us that something was going on just to fill a room. After complaining to the manager, the best they could offer was ten percent off and a coupon for five dollars off an appetizer at their restaurant. After a whole night of no sleep, it was like a slap in the face! Will never be back here again.

Ate at the restaurant, best burger I've ever had. It's pricey but the food, drink, and service are phenomenal. The entire restaurant is absolutely gorgeous

Went for a baby shower and the food (Sunday brunch) was delicious and it was just a pretty room and location. The indoor waterfall and coy pond was beautiful. Definitely recommend this place for any event!

We spent one night at Longfellows while in town to see a band playing at SPAC. The whole experience was great!! The staff was friendly and the room with 2 Queens was very clean and comfortable. It was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was huge with a Jacuzzi style tub and stand up shower.

Went for Easter buffet. The buffet had many wonderful options and amazing desserts. The service was very very good. A good experience. I would recommend this place. Service here seemed a bit better than sister restaurant the olde Brian inn.

The moment you step foot into Longfellow's you are immediately transported to an amazing dining experience. Every table has its own unique appeal, and it's exciting to find out where you'll be each time. The ambiance is one of the best parts, as the indoor setting is unlike any other place around. The meals are also fantastic, with a wide array of choices that surely will satisfy everyone. Great place to go to after a day at the track, or a spend an evening with a loved one. They're also great for parties. You simply can't go wrong here!

Very Enjoyable Experience

The latest meal my wife and I ate at Longfellow's was very good. Our server was Nick and very attentive.

Longfellow's atmosphere is unique in the Saratoga-Capitol Region, especially nice on cold evenings as the aroma of wood fires fill the air.

Pricing is on the higher side and desserts are limited.

Longfellow's was not our first choice on the evening we dined there. The restaurant of our choosing was closed and several prior meals at Longfellow's were less than spectacular. I am glad we gave them another chance.
