Requested a top floor room with fireplace 5 months ago. Gave me the wrong room upon arrival & we went back downstairs. The front desk was unsympathetic room request is not guaranteed. then got a room without a fireplace facing the side. Gave up. Been coming here for years. Bob the general manager was not around. UPDATE. Met with Bob when checking out and he explained how to get a room specific guaranteed in the future. We will be back im.the spring.

One of the less impressive Residents Inns that I've been to and the pictures online are much more grand however the staff more than makes up for that. I'm stuck between 3 and 4*.

"Residence Inn Mix" - beer, wine and soda included
    - Monday was Swiss cheese cubes, celery, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, hummus, pita chips, ranch dip and chocolate cake
    - Tuesday was burgers, salad, watermelon and chocolate cheesecake
    - Wednesday was catered from a local sports bar. Offerings included, chicken sliders, chicken fingers, buffalo wings, BBQ chicken, soft pretzels with cheese dip and celery sticks.

The kitchen staff was incredibly thoughtful at these "mixes", around the time they started cleaning up they would walk around and ask the guests if they would like to take the extras for lunch the following day. This was awesome customer service.

    Pros:
    - Free pickup/drop off shuttle into downtown and Amtrak. I was here for 2 weeks because of work and I was able to schedule a morning drop off every day.
    - Employees were super nice. Gary you were the best!
    - Decent breakfast and sometimes good dinners.
    - Free WiFi
    - Guest laundry room
    - Complimentary toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, sewing kits, mouth wash, ect. Just ask at the front desk :)
    - Parking was easy

    Cons:
    - The room had a strong odor - not exactly a stink but whatever cleaning supply or air spray they use is strong.
    - The interior of the entire building is a little dated and although my room was clean - you can see stains on the carpet and the bathroom floor tile was cracked.
    - Garbage collection is twice a week and it's ridiculously loud at 5:30 in the morning. I like to sleep with the windows open but the loud banging was unbearable so I had to close them.
    - Far from everything, nothing is in walking distance and all the delivery places are pretty pricey with their added delivery fees. walking into downtown takes around 40 minutes and although doable it's a little inconvenient.
    - While I love that this hotel is dog friendly, you can hear them sometimes barking through the walls and one time the elevator smelled like urine. I wish the walls were thicker.
    - I was on the second floor and I could hear the people above me running around.
    - Gym was pretty small with 4 machines, a bench and some free weights.
    - Oven was really dirty, I tried to warm up some food and it started smoking from not being properly cleaned. There was residue all over the bottom - I wonder if this could be a potential fire hazard.

The absolute worst customer service in a Marriott property I've ever been to. Bob the general manager is full of himself he never returned the call after answering the phone on a Friday at 1:20 in the afternoon stating I'm just about to go home for the weekend I'll call you with your information on Monday no call nothing got to the room very disappointed had no snow oven 2 days before Thanksgiving Bob likes to tell people that do you know how many people have been staying here for over a year they come first in my priorities you're only here for 7 weeks playing Santa at the mall so you really don't count now do you! Don't waste your time at this place and they are there beds are spring-loaded mattresses not the new Marriott beds those don't arrive until mid summer 2018! I never ever say at this disgusting property again with staff that doesn't do anything for you definitely not Marriott they should change their name to Motel 6!

Location of hotel was good for our travel plans. The room we were in was not far from the road so there was a fair amount of distracting road noise when trying to sleep. Rooms were spacious but mattress wasn't very comfortable.

A perfectly fine Residence Inn that follows their typical formula: fairly spacious rooms, pleasant staff, serviceable breakfast. Rooms are clean and the facilities are perfectly fine. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. This location has a pool and tennis court. This is probably a 4-star join but gets down-graded because: (1) the gym is horrid; (2) the lobby area is slightly below average; and (3) the price is probably 20% higher than it should be.

Most of the staff is awesome. The manager is very nosey. I would make it a point to stop and talk to some of the people there and everytime, he butts in. Had a really hard time getting my dish washer fixed. At one point, the manager insinuated that I was lying about it leaking. If it weren't for the managaer, it would get 5 stars.

I'm really enjoying my stay so far. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, spacious rooms which are very clean and complimentary parking. Everyone on staff is friendly and polite. The front desk is helpful as well in providing any items you may need/forgot at home to make your stay more comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Nice accomodations. Simple yet clean and well maintained. The gym is relatively small, but functional for a quick workout. The pool and spa areas are very well kept as is the outside patio. The breakfast in the dining area was surprisingly good considering the fact that it is included with the room rate.
