This place is great. The service was excellent, the rooms clean, and the complimentary breakfast a delight.
The upstairs patio has a great view and bar.
We met the owner, he's very nice, and puts a lot of care into de details of an enjoyable stay.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The owners are so welcoming. Breakfast was such a treat each day. The location is great, the room was neat, and we lacked nothing. It was the perfect hotel to stay at while doing the California coast.

Don't be fooled by the exterior, there is an elegant and European inspired hotel on the inside. The couple that owns the hotel is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms don't a view or AC but the beds are very plush and more comfortable than any chain hotel. Also, guests will be treated to one complimentary drink at the rooftop or indoor bar each night while was a nice surprise. Parking is available on adjacent streets for free as well. A quaint and affordable hotel, this one is a must-stay.

Great ambience and customer service. Rooms are a little small but we'll kept. Decor is nice and bathroom has jacuzzi tub. Food at the upper roof is pretty good. Don't judge it on the exterior.

Ok, this hotel is very special, originally a hostel it was purchased and remodeled into a fun chic little hideaway. From the red chandelier the gold painted roman pillars and it's silhouette style painted hallways, this is surely just the start. If you can pull your eyes away from the chic decor, maybe you can make it to it's roof top bar. once there you will not want to leave .. ever. Did I mention it's fabulous front doors

I loved my stay here! The ambiance is fun, but upscale, and the staff is small but helpful and friendly. Each night comes with a complimentary drink at the rooftop lounge, and a delicious breakfast. The lounge has breathtaking views, and yummy drinks and food. The happy hour specials are great. Breakfast was elegant, I enjoyed a large portion of smoked salmon with brioche and a moist popover. The rooms are clean and bright. Parking here is limited, so come early if a lot spot is a must, otherwise street parking is easy to find. We will be back!

We were very satisfied with this hotel. The upper deck overlooks the water and is a fun place to hang out in the evenings. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were pleasant and quiet. I would come back!

Nice little rooftop bar/restaurant. Good view of the coast. Drinks were good and they had a nice appetizer selection.

Perfect, affordable, tasteful hotel for a sexy getaway with your partner. Each room is beautifully decorated with a different theme, has a fireplace, jet spa tub, and heated bathroom floors. Complimentary chef made breakfast and happy drinks each day of your stay.

It breaks my heart to have to change my review.. I've been staying here every 10 to 14 days for quite awhile.. I'm always treated well,
    made to feel welcome
    Not today.
The employees that normally check me in and are present were not here. That's alright. People need vacations. I love the staffbut the employee who checked us in today was rude, snarky and made me feel like I shouldn't even have bothered. We were treated like third class citizens.. We couldn't get into our room..even making the reservation, there was no honesty about what was available. I'm even embarrassed because I brought my best friend, telling her what a great, warm, welcoming place with a staff that treats you with care. It's like 10 days later, it's a different place, because of one staff member. I'm sad to say I don't think I'll be coming back. I'm hurt by this. I love the other staff and employees, amazing peoplebut one rotten apple can spoil the whole bunch. What a bummer.

This place was ok. Not worth the $ in my opinion. Staff was nice. Parking is atrocious only having 4 dedicated spots on the side of the building or you can park a couple blocks away. Food and drink menu is limited. Rooms are small and I mean small the bathroom may have been just as big as our room. Overall the place is nice with all the fancy decor, marble bathrooms, and stuff but just wasn't my thing.
