Don't get their insurance on the furniture. I did and have waited 7 weeks for parts and now I found out that they have to order another part now. Told them I could have ordered and received last parts in 3 days not 7 weeks. So I guess I have to wait another 7 weeks to get the next part. And I got that insurance thinking if something went wrong that it would have been fixed with in a reasonable and timely manner. Guess I was wrong.

We bought a genuine leather couch and love seat set, it began to peel like plastic faux leather within 2 months. We contacted them sent pictures then they needed more pics month later needed pic of codes under couches always we will get back to you.now nearly 3 months later still calling them. We have said just send someone here but no. Kids getting older first time bought nice furniture and I think we got screwed at Hortons. Never again lost a lot of $.

I went here to buy bar stools. They only had one of the ones I wanted in stock so I ordered the other 3 and was told they would arrive in 2-3 weeks. 5 days later, I called to check on the status of my order and was told that they would not be available until at least a month after I bought them and that was IF they were able to make their minimums with the supplier for delivery. Once they got the sale and my money, the story completely changed. This is not how I prefer to do business, and had I known the delays would be this long, I would have looked elsewhere.

My wife and I went in to buy a few things and came out with much more then expected. The furniture was beautiful and unique. The service was outstanding.

I have purchased several furniture pieces from Horton's and have had a great experience every time. Had an issue with a dining room chair after we got home with it the screw was poking thru the upholstered top and they fixed it free of charge and perfectly!
