The Hawley office is spotless, comfortable and staffed with excellent people! Lindsey is the best hygienist I have ever experienced and I trust Dr. Evanish completely :)

This is an incredibly well-run office. The staff combine a welcoming spirit with impeccable professionalism. We have been patients for over 14 years and have never been disappointed. Even my husband, who hates going to the dentist, happily keeps his appointments and follows their suggestions. Miracle workers!

This is a dentist office that has their act together! On my initial consultation their deportment was very professional and courteous. Since I had missed a couple of years of dental maintenance, I needed some deep cleaning. Dr. James Rinehimer gave me about six needles and I didn't feel one. This was my best experience at a dentist office. Great job Horizon Dental! You have my recommendation with 5 stars.

Going to find a new dentist. We have gone to Horizon for several years now, and it has consistently gotten worse. The last straw was a couple weeks ago when my husband went in to have his cap put on after a root canal and they tried to charge him more money. Luckily, I had the receipt from the prior appt stating we were paid in full for the root canal and crown. After informing them that we were indeed paid up, the charges magically disappeared and the acct was paid in full. Then for the last 2 or 3 appts, they have called 3 or 4 times for confirmation. After informing the last 3 that I did in fact confirm the appt with the first rep, they finally quit calling. They are notorious for scheduling follow-ups and future appts without informing you..you won't know until you get those infamous confirmation calls. They always tell me they note the fact that I want to be present with my children in the files, and somehow I always have to fight with them about having my appt last so I can be with my kids. The doctor and ladies who do the cleanings are always very nice, I just think the people that run the show are severely lacking organizational skills. And.. They will rip you off if you don't stay on top of it!! Always ask questions about what you are paying for, what the insurance covers, and always keep receipts!!

I love it there, I've only been twice, several visits more between now & probably Christmas as I'm getting dentures. The staff is very nice as are the doctors and dental assistants. It's Easy to find, waiting time is very short. I'm usually very nervous with anything dental, but these folks made me very comfortable. I'd recommend Horizon to everyone!!!
