Tried the buffalo wings. Loved them. Friendly personnel. Thanks
Went in to pick up an order we placed. Two girls saw me looked my way and turned around to talk to each other. The one at the bar saw me and was talking to a customer.
After a good five minutes of this I went to the back and asked if this was where I was supposed to pick up my order since everyone was ignoring me. Since I'm not a dude I guess they figured I wouldn't tip well or something? Seriously?
I put an extra star because the manager came and brought me my food and told one of the girls to help me and he seemed annoyed. To be fair she at least was talking to a customer. The other two were just talking to each other. Did I mention the place was EMPTY? If he had not intervened I would've really been annoyed.
This location needs to retrain their employees on customer service and from reading the reviews it's not just because I'm a woman since men have gone in and been treated poorly as well.
One girl on the floor, slow service, didn't come to HOOTERS to have my food brought by a guy. Go to TILTED KILT for way better service and scenery
The place was empty. I sat at the bar and it took 5 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me because the manger was speaking to her. I decided not to let it affect me, although I know Hooters has a rule about how fast you greet patrons. I ordered a beer once the bartender approached me. The manager continued to talk to her about something, so she didn't pour my beer for a while. On the way to finally deliver my beer, she stopped at the register where the manager was, and proceeded to discuss something with him regarding the drawer. I proceeded to take out my debit card to pay for the beer so I could leave as soon as I drank it due to horrible service. To top everything, the beer was room temperature. Needless to say, I will not return. I was such a fan of the east coast Hooters, but this one did not meet expectations.
Have visited only twice over the past fifteen years and both times the wings where perfect.
It's a chain restaurant, familiar choices. We found it very clean and the service was fast.
Service was bad. It took over 20 minutes to flag someone down to help us out. Never got refill on our drinks. Sad part was there was not many people there. Our waitress kept talking to the guys Infront of our table not even checking on us. Bad customer service there.
The food was not that good. However the service was good
The food was good, but the service sucked.
Poor service, slow and not friendly at all. Maybe, it was the day of the week, idk. But my experience was not good.
I moved here from Florida, where hooter's started and is extremely popular. California hooter's just aren't the same for some reason. They are often very slow and the servers aren't as happy (or as hot lol) as they are in Florida. Food, however, is the same good bar food!
My mother in law and I came here with some friends after going to the Haunted Hotel. The girls working here seemed so glum and not happy. This place has good beer and curly fries. They also have these nacho style tater tots which were delicious! I probably won't be back here until next Halloween, if at all.
