Got hit by a drunk driver and insurance recommended REF. had my car for 7 months.. not even a week later my drivers side breaks went out, they didn’t even connect it properly. Plus my truck wasn’t aligned, just got a skin for the door and my suspension/alignment was all messed up. They said they stand by their work so I gave it back to them. Another 3 months it sat in the shop and came out worse!! My insurance paid them close to 20k. Took it to another shop that actually fixed it correctly for under 7k. They made it look good on the outside but it was completely unsafe to drive.

Super friendly and responsive staff. Car body repair was very good. Paint match, silver metallic with clear coat, was perfect.

We broke down right next to this business on a Sunday after business hours and the next day when we came to get the car the owner and staff were very understanding and helpful. They even helped us push the car onto our RV tow dolly. We really appreciate you guys and wish you all the best.
