Great customer service! I had Chris, the owner, and only mechanic on staff change out my engine. When I had complaints about the new engine Chris places a new one and changed out the clutch for just the price of the clutch! He was more than hones and fair with me. I will be going back.

Chris was great. He was honest and fair. The all-wheel drive on my car was having problems as well as some other cheek engine codes. He could have lied to me and charged me for things that it didn't need. Turned out to be a short in the wiring which he was as to fix without ordering a new part. I would go back to him without a doubt.

This guy is constantly on drugs and is really cheap and lies to his customers about what he fixes and is not certified to work on cars. His shop is un safe and pays all his employees under the table

If you want to be yelled at and made to flee like a idiot. Then I say it's a five star. But since I don't like that it's 0 stars for me. The owner was being rude to my grandma because she wanted a receipt. Then when I told him to stop he came up to us and started yelling at us again. And he does a crappy job

J & C Auto is the only place i will take my vehicles. Chris is always honest with me about what needs to be done and will give me a fair price. Now i am looking at buying my daughter's first car from J & C auto.
