My problem is with sales person/manager Rory. He quoted us one price for a 2017 Pilot over the phone. We were driving from almost 2 hours away so I tried doing everything over the phone so as not to waste any time. When I got there, he pulled the old bait and switch trick. Surprise, surprise the car is no longer available (even though we called to say we were on our way). They could have called at any point to say sorry we made a mistake. Instead let's try to put you in a 2018 for much more money. He probably figured I wouldn't drive all that way without making a deal but they tried playing the wrong person. Avoid this place and in particular Rorythe quintessential sneaky car salesman. Take your business to a more honest establishment as I will be.

I went in on a Saturday for an oil change and was amazed at how quickly my car was serviced. The personnel that attended me were very courteous and polite. The facility (waiting area) was pleasantly clean and morning beverages offered. Very nice experience.

I don’t know how this place sells anything. The guys are rude, and pushy. I test drove a car and didn’t like it, the salesman’s exact words were, “honestly, with your equity, this is your only option, so you either buy this car, or we shake hands and say goodbye.” They forgot to give me back my license, so i had to go back to get it. I was greeted by 7 men huddled in a group, laughing and talking. One said, “are you back to buy that car?” I said, “no i came to get my card.” They pointed inside and told me it was at the desk.
I’m sorry, but they should have went and got it for me. They acted like they were in a boys club.
Honestly, it wouldn’t have mattered if i loved the car i drove, i would never have bought from there with the attitude of the salesmen.
Went to Mazda instead. They found me a wonderful deal in a car that i love. But honestly, the reason i bought something there is because of how helpful and accommodating they were.

I had a fabulous experience and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda. My initial communication was with Aleasha via email who sent me all of the details and estimated costs for the vehicle I wanted. She responded promptly to all of my inquiries and was no-pressure. That's why I chose her as my salesperson. Once there, she advocated on my behalf to get me the trim I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. I intend to return to this dealership for all of my future Honda purchases.

I have never written a Google review before but after my experience at Honda at the Avenues, I had to. Michael (salesman) and Jim (manager) were the absolute best and worked well past closing time to get me in the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience here and would most definitely recommend it to any close friend or relative. Give this dealership a chance, you will not regret it.
UPDATE: I decided a day or so after purchasing the car to add sport racks to the top of the car. So, I reached out to the salesman that helped me. He replied saying it would not be a problem and he would get back with me with an estimate. Three times via text I asked for an update on getting the estimate and he always said he was working on it. Finally, I tried to call him, no answer. Next, I reached out to the manager that helped with my sale. No answer and I left and voicemail and still no return call (three days later). I have learned something new about this dealership. The sales experience is great, as I reviewed above. But once that sale is made, they do not care about their customers anymore and I am disappointed to see they won't help me. They really ruined my experience I had with this dealership. If you're looking to buy a car and never reach out to the dealership again, this is a great place to go. However, if you're looking for a dealership that helps you after they get your initial money and signature, I recommend you take your business elsewhere.response / report this review -

The car buying experience at Honda of the avenues was exceptional. From the moment we walked into the dealership until we left with our new Odyssey. Our Sales Associate David Bailey was professional, knowledgeable, patient and polite. He answered all of our questions and took the time to show us the different options in different models and how each option worked. I would recommend Honda of the Avenues to anyone that is looking for a new or used car.

My friend and I were traveling in Jacksonville from Orlando, and my car's malfunction indicator light came on, and our technician (I think Aaron?) was fantastic! He immediately took control of the situation, assured us he would do whatever it took for a speedy fix so we could make it back home that afternoon, even gave us a rental car so we could drive around while they serviced my car. Highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful experience! I had an oil change, brake fluid exchange, and tune up and did not wait long with laptop in hand. The atmosphere was cozy and collegial. Mr. William Morales went over any items of concern with me, made me feel comfortable and my experience all the better. Thank you all!

Great service all around. Shopped online for tires and found the best price at Honda of the Avenues. Setting the appointment was easy. The tires quoted online were not available immediately but was giving different options -- including ordering the tires for next day delivery. They ended up honoring the online price for a better tire. Installation was also quick!

Needed service since maintenance and a few repairs were needed. The service was quick and thorough. Bob Mandele was the service employee who handled my issues. He has always been helpful and thorough. I purchased my Honda new in 2008. I have only used Honda at the Avenues to work on my car and have never had a negative experience.

Every time I go there I have nothing but great experience. Everybody is nice and professional. I go there because my guy Redi takes care of everything I need with such a professionalism and kindness and keeps me going back for every car need I have either service or buy a new car. Honda Of The Avenues is the place where everybody should go. Highly recommend to everyone. Happy customer 😊

I have an older model Honda Accord and every time I take it to have the oil changed or what-have-you, Josh is incredibly nice and direct. He is the reason why I keep going to a dealership to get work done on my car. I know that I can trust him as a service advisor and I appreciate how hard he and anyone behind the scenes work to have such a great atmosphere.

Good place to buy a Honda. They were willing to negotiate. Brandon and Jake were very nice, friendly and helpful. They showed us all the features of our car, explained everything. Chris was great, he got us a good financing deal with a low rate. We enjoyed the entire process.

This was my first service experience after purchasing a new vehicle here a few months ago. The service advisor, Gary, was patient and courteous. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. The technician, Chad, came into the service lane and made sure I was happy with the service. I will not take my car anywhere else for service.
