The deli and cafe staff are about as rude and lazy as you can get messing up orders from time to time. They always have miserable looks on their face I have heard them flat tire customers when they give their order and their is simply no pride in that work space all they have to do is smile and take pride in their work not that hard. Most of the time their to busy in their own conversion to help customers and when they do their slower than snails.

The Kingston location is such a disappointment. I went in to the Cafe for a fresh meal and they are closing down at 4 pm on a Sunday. So much for eating dinner tonight! Rude deli staff, unhelpful. Yes you read that right : closed at dinner time.

On a previous visit the deli cashier took 5- 10 minutes to count out change for one person while I stood there holding my meal waiting to pay. Meanwhile they have multiple registers.

The cooler was virtually un-stocked during the re-modling, so nothing to drink. Which is fine because if it is, the drinks are over priced. They clearly could care less about their customers and cannot be bothered to run the business right.

My advice , try the Poughkeepsie store it is run 10 times better.

I love Mother Earth, but I didn't realize how awesome it really is until we moved. Wow, I literally can't find a store like it anywhere. I miss Mother Earth Storehouse sooooo much.

Had everything I wanted that is healthy. Had a couple choices of vegan prepared suppers so I was in and out faster than a junk food fast food franchise.

First time going there. They really have lots of nice stuff, but I found the prices as being too high.

They take out of the garbage and wash and reuse as new the plastic utensils, cover expiration dates on products to sell expired stuff, and mix organic with non-organic products for a so called "sale". Prices are very high, even comparing to Whole Foods. This business is unethical, praying on local people.

New dining area is a great alternative to the salt lick chain restaurants nearby. I can bring my child the without feeling horrible about what she ends up dining on. 😇 Staff are very helpful and usually have a pleasant word to share. Produce is really top notch, bulk section is vast and kept spotless. Prices on items on the shelves can *sometimes* be 1/3 more expensive than elsewhere, but convenience and the produce keep me returning. Rewards program would be easier to use if it was internal, and did not rely on a log in, printer, or waiting on a postcard.
