Excellent place to stay. Located right on the beach, with a pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. The new renovations are lovely and the staff is helpful and kind.

We love staying in condo unit 119! It’s on the first floor, so you have great access to the beach, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Just walk out using the back patio! It’s nice being a short drive away from the harbor and Target. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy the beach!

Great place to go to if your looking for a nice and peaceful and not too expensive place to stay. They only reason they received 4 stars is just for the few little problems we had. As in the bedroom light wouldn't stay on and the bathroom door wouldn't latch. But we loved everything else about our room. We would definitely be interested in returning the next time we are there.

Management is horrible at Holiday Surf. Booked a room in January for weekend of 4th. The owner of unit 517 decided they wanted the room for whatever reason and broke contract over a month after booking. After this Holiday Surf informed us of this, they picked another room for us and gave other options to select. None of the options had a bunk bed (OUR REASON FOR SELECTING THIS PLACE) that would accommodate all the children. A refund was given however an $83.50 service charge is not being refunded. "GO ELSEWHERE". It's in their contract they can bump you if needed which is lame.

Awesome place and our 'go to' for staying at the beach in Destin. Great location on Holiday Isle. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Newly remodeled and gorgeous. Can't lose! Ready to go back next year!

We've stayed at HSRC for the last 14 years. But the last few years it seems to have lost some of the friendliness we experienced in the past. Lots more rules and shutting down the pool area at 9 o'clock in the evening is just a little too early. We are not a rowdy croud , but the policing is getting old

We enjoyed our stay there. Our condo was very nice, not at all dated. I liked that they had staff on-site. Beach service was included (umbrella and two chairs). Nice pool.

I have been staying at HSRC since I was a child. I have brought my own family here the last 3 years. It has gone down hill every year since the new management has taken over. Now, this year the unit isn't ready at check in time once again! Check in time is advertised as 4:00. It's now 4:30 and I'm still getting the run around. We drive 12 hours to get here and have $300 worth of groceries in the car. The front desk staff couldn't care less. This will be the last year we stay at HSRC! YOU GUYS SUCK!

Great location, right in the heart of Destin. Close to many activities and most importantly, the baseball complex. Affordable price. Friendly staff. The only issues are the spotty cellular coverage .

We are renting a unit here and are loving it. The beach is clean and well-maintained and all of the staff is friendly. Yesterday the gulf was pretty rough and the guy that rebts out the chairs took the time to very seriously point out the red flag flying as I have a 3 year old and he wanted to be sure I understood how dangerous it was, which I appreciated. The units are a good size and well-maintained as well. Each has a balcony with a view of the gulf.

I stayed in Unit 304 and loved it. Completely 100% remodeled with the best of the best and I did not want to leave. I have been going to Holiday Surf & Racquet Club for almost fifteen years and love it! The last few years there have been many updates to the property, and many of the condos for rent have been completely remodeled and are fantastic. Every unit has a gorgeous ocean view and just steps away to the beach and just gets better every year!
