The rooms were very clean and well-kept. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the air conditioner. It wouldn't keep the temperature set and then wouldn't turn off over night. It was 59 in the room by 5 am. It was set to 74.

The employees are very nice and the room was pretty great. The only bummer was the Keurig coffee machine in the room that didn't work right. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was very clean and includes breakfast. Staff was also very nice and courteous. Located pretty close to kennedy space center and the beach.Would stay there again when i am in the area

Easy check in and nice facility. Our room had wet carpet from the A/C leaking but they promptly moved us to another room. Nice exercise room, pool, and on-site restaraunt! Hotel is at end of a street with a few hotels and Cracker Barrel, nice and private!

Inside, the people working there are spectacular and helpful. Lovely interior, nice looking rooms, and a room parking lot. Very classy.

The pool, unfortunately, was awful. It's pretty and has a pretty pool area, but they need a new pool guy. The pH was seriously off. The water burned my eyes so badly it took 3 days to clear up my vision, and I only opened them once. After we got out, we we're all itchy. I had to lather four times in the shower just to be comfortable enough to sleep, and I still itched. My skin felt like I had a rash or a sun burn, although I never broke out, thankfully. Whoever handled their pool chemicals was terribly incompetent. With a place that nice, I'm assuming it was a one time thing. Hopefully.

so far the management has been poor. Tomi is rude and unprofessional. They have consistently ran my credit card for almost $600 of unauthorized charges. called my room at 11pm after specifically being told not to call me due to having up for work at 4am. Being a Loyal Holiday INN customer, I'm less than impressed. the general manager is non existent and doesn't bother dealing with problems in his hotel. My rating will change If my trip gets better. so far, I would suggest one of the two other hotels on the street.

was offered/given points to help accommodate for the mistakes made with billing. although Tomi was still unpleasant, Donny was and always is friendly and accommodating. He really made both of my stays very pleasant. Bob is always very friendly and pleasant to be around. the rooms are good and the beds are comfy.

I'd rate the cleanliness of the room and the amenities there in 5/5. Restaurant looked decent but I didn't eat there. Room wasn't exactly cheap and breakfast didn't seem to be included. Nothing in walking distance except for another hotel and a Cracker Barrel. Obviously great location for the Kennedy Space Center.

Located at the end of a business park but right across from the main roads it's a good location but the traffic noise has been underestimated and soundproofing not installed. The King rooms are large enough for 2 with suitcases to be open on the floor and the beds are quite spacious and comfortable. The room facilities were nice, the shower was big and had good water pressure. The room also had a fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine. Parking is free.

It's clean. The rooms look modern. It's a little tucked away, so quiet. I left my Samsung tablet in the front lobby, and the front staff tracked me down 30 minutes later and returned it I didn't even know one of my kids took it out of the car. The breakfast was a little average. I would've preferred some healthier options.
