This place is absolutely disgusting. I found a bloody rag next to my night stand and drug bags stuffed in every nook and cranny of the room. Mold and dirt everywhere, this place hasn't been properly cleaned in over a year. Stayed one night and now o have tonsillitis. I can't even eat anything solid.

The budget motel is discusting ,they have BIG ROACHES theyre toliets dont work ,when u sit on them they bouce ,the beds have duck tape all over the beds ,the blind's are falling off the windows

I have read most of the reviews before I booked in here. It is called Budget Motel for a reason, so don't expect 5 star accommodation for the price. The room was fairly clean. It looked like parts of it were being repaired. Service was friendly. Towels were clean. Soap and Shampoo. Does not have a kettle or kitchenette. Has a TV. No iron but can borrow one from office. Closest place to purchase food is a Seven Eleven. I rather enjoyed the adventure.

I am only giving this a one star so I can leave a comment this is one of the worst hotels that I've ever stayed in they do not offer free breakfast the laundry mat is a washer and dryer outside on the sidewalk no ice machine the rooms are very dirty smells like mold and smoke in the room we rented we found a crack pipe and paraphernalia the floor you could not walk barefoot on because your feet became black we asked for no room service put our trash outside my door they still came in our room the gentleman working the front desk was very kind and helpful because they reserved the wrong room for us also we wanted to let some sunshine in the window and as I go to open the blind they all fell onto the floor so therefore my hands were all grimy tried to put them back together I would not suggest this hotel to anyone especially not with kids other people say it's right in the heart of Titusville it's in the heart of crack town you're better off sleeping in your car or in a cardboard box on the beach then staying at this place never again
