Awesome place. Clean, friendly. Great staff and excellent breakfast. Wish all hotels were as good as this.

Very welcoming staff. Clean property with many amenities. Attended a professional event and was very taken care of. Restrooms we're well maintained and property bustled with activity. Close to the airport and many restaurants, HI is in a very convenient location.

My stay at this Holiday Inn is always exceptional. The staff from 3pm till 11pm are the greatest (Liz & Judy). But another great thing about this place is Mo the cook. She always has a different special each day. It's a mystery worth the waiting for!

My houskeeper Wendy was awesome. The staff at breakfast was very attentive. Bar staff also very caring and attentive. Front desk staff jumped when you said jump free breakfast , internet, printing, great place

Holiday Inn picked me up drom the airport as soon as I landed. The driver was super nice and friendly! Then, at the hotel the front desk representative was so nice and funny. I was given room 432 which was spotless and the bathroom had towels shaped as swans. ADORABLE!!! Overall, GREAT experience, delicious breakfast, and NEVER burnt or bitter coffee. It was the most relaxing 4 night stay during a terribly hectic training week. Gold stars for everyone!

To the staff at Holiday Inn on Ulmerton Road in Clearwater/St. Petersburg FL. The front staff, Eric Parsons and Liz, were very welcoming and accommodating. I received a complimentary upgrade. I also received many birthday wishes from Liz. Furthermore, Liz had mentioned my birthday and I received a personal desert from Moe White who is a cook at the hotel. Moe has a very friendly attitude who enjoys baking. And, I would be re-missed if I don't mention about the restaurant staff at Aviators Tavern. Bruce, Anthony, Sean, and Ally. They are a welcome retreat to talk with after a long day at work. Thank you all very much. I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn without any reservations.

This is the absolute best hotel I've ever stayed at the staff here are beyond friendly and welcoming. It makes me feel so much more at home even though I'm hundreds of mikes away. And I'd like to shout out Liz because she's also gone above and beyond with a wonderful personality

The charity event hosted by the Holiday Inn was wonderful. They staff did everything to make sure we has what we needed. Water was provided and always full, trash was removed promptly, and the venues used were all chilled despite being packed with monitors, computers, game systems, and especially people. The pool is a little small but it is great, there is a hot tub, and breakfast is six to ten thirty. Parking is never an issue. The entrance is a little misleading, so you'll need to turn way before the hotel, but it is all connected if you miss the first entrance. I'd readily stay here again for an event.

Awesome place to stay .. close to restaurants and airport with shuttle service. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. .
The front desk staff Carissa and Jake (Supervisor) went above and beyond . The rest of the staff is friendly and accommodating as well as knowledgeable about the sorrounding area Jose at the front door was very helpful. Definitely would stay again .response / report this review -

The bad: Things got off to a bad start from the moment I checked in. They messed up the credit card authorization form, and said that my boss filled it out incorrectly. They took my personal card for incidentals even though I've never had to do that at any other Holiday Inn. I know how the other Holiday Inns operate because I've stayed in them for 6 out of the past 8 weeks for work. After calling the IHG support desk, they confirmed that the hotel made the mistake. Then, later that night, they charged my personal card for the room. Very unacceptable and incompetent. When I brought this to the front desk's attention, they blamed the fact that the corporate credit card and my personal card had similar digits. Another simple mistake, I get it. They offered no apologies, no way of expediting my return, and not even a drink or a breakfast voucher. Absolutely horrible customer service and delivered with a condescending frown from an employee who doesn't like her job. When I am in town again next week, I will be staying elsewhere.

Very clean a quiet room! Staff were very friendly and welcoming when we checked in. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant/tavern makes a delicious burger, and the breakfast cafe has satisfying options. I will stay here again.

Outside looks very dated but the inside was recently renovated and looks very nice. The ceilings seem very low and I'm only 6'1" but not an issue. Has a decent looking restaurant and a thrifty car rental inside the hotel. This was right outside of the Clearwater/St Pete airport grounds. Lots of restaurants around the hotel and shopping. I would stay here for the right price.
