The beds are rock hard. Other than that, this place is decent, and breakfast buffet is $10 all you can eat beautiful view of the beach. Now if only it had a hot tub or made the heated pool more warm. But it's pretty warm.

There's a safe you can create a password for, which I recommend. Dunno if earphones were stolen, but I have an inkling I lost them.

My new favorite spot in Florida. Great beach. Great hotel. Pet friendly. Great food. Great shopping and fabulous restaurants in easy walking distance. Perfect, if only I could smoke on my balcony.

We were frozen from our motorcycle ride. I was so glad to be in a warm space. I had no issues with the room. The wait staff on other hand wasn't real keen on making a pot of coffee for our meal. Three meals came out together, I walked into the kitchen to inquire about the fourth meal since it had not arrived by the time three of us had finished eating. Found the chef goofing off with one of the cute staff members. Food was good but disappointing to leave one person at the table without a meal. Very unprofessional on the chef's part

You really can't go wrong with this hotel. The location is great. The view of the Gulf and watching wild dolphins at play is extremely beautiful especially from the restaurant. The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating.

Great location, fun staff. Has everything you need plus close to the beach and lots of dining and entertainment. Rooms are typical average Holiday Inn rooms clean and new beds.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were nicely renovated. We ate in the bar a few nights. Food was good and service was friendly. The beach across the street is beautiful. I recommend this place.

My wife and our 18 mo. old daughter just had a one night stay-cation here and it was great! We went to dinner just down the road, got a good night's sleep, and then we got a great breakfast on the 7th floor. The best part was being able to walk to the beach and find a spot in 2 minutes. The staff was very friendly. Thank you Paul for making this a memorable stay!

Room itself is nice. Beds new and comfortable. Dresser needs more drawers, there are only three as the refrigerator takes up the other half of dresser, and the refrigerator has no freezer in it. Bathroom shower/tub needs work. Looks like a 3 yr. old went crazy with a caulk gun! Toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet properly and their is no exhaust fan. We did check-in late and we're told the kitchen closes at 10pm, so we grabbed a quick bite and had a drink. Debbie the server/barkeep was lovely--very friendly and kind especially being it was almost time to close and she had to wait on us. Location is great, currently only one elevator is working. Hotel should have a ramp directly to stairs outside to bring in luggage, if you park at one end of lot, you have to walk the entire length of it to get to ramp.

The Holiday Inn Lido Beach deserves a Five Star rating! The location of the hotel is excellent but the staff is what made our stay so enjoyable. The service was excellent and all of our interactions with the staff were positive including housekeeping, restaurant staff, front desk and especially BJ from Management who went above and beyond. Thank you! We will definitely stay again in the future.

We like to have breakfast at the buffet here when we stay in lido. The omelette station is very good and the price is decent. The potatoes could be more fresh but overall a nice buffet. Very friendly service with an awesome view.

Book for 1 night, get charged for 4 nights at over $1100. then get the runaround from three different people (non of which talk to each other) A COMPLETE lack of customer service or any semblance of decent "4 star" service

Last year at this time my family stay for 5 nights 3 rooms. Clean and friendly services. The breakfast on the top floor was a fair price and with super nice waitress service. So close to the Lido beach more space and tranquility than Siesta Key (no matter Siesta's is a very beautiful too).
We make some good friends at this hotel which love too see again. It is a 4 * hotel but service and friendship we gave a 5* review.

Nice staff, clean and updated rooms and lobby. Right across the street from the beach. Nice size swimming pool with indoor and outdoor bars. Nice views from restaurant on top floor with floor to ceiling windows. St. Armands is a quick 5 minute walk. Overall, a nice hotel. We've stayed here several times and always enjoy our stays.
