Quietly classy little place. This holiday in is in a perfect location for easy access to both the 405 and 5 freeways. Friendly professional staff that so far seem to grasp the importance of customer service.

I have stayed here quite a few times. Super close to our head office so it's very convenient to stay here on my business trips. This hotel has a modern decor theme and the rooms are beautiful and clean. Food is great. I will most definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel. The front desk was so friendly at check-in. She was very personable. The room was spacious, the right temperature, and very very clean. The breakfast was amazing!!! The server Hector was superb. He is an asset to this hotel. All my expectations were met. I will definitely put them on my favorites.

I have to say this has been one of my favorite Holiday Inn that I've stayed at (I've stayed at roughly 50 different ones last year). The breakfast and staff at breakfast we're excellent. The front desk staff were excellent along with the maid service. The hotel was very clean and updated. There is a free social hour Monday through Wednesday with free wine and appetizers.

I was at the Holiday Inn Irvine for The Gourmet Detective Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre. The room was perfect for the event. The good was good and the Gourmet Detective Cast was fantastic! The only negative was the bathrooms were on a different floor.

When I pay 114 dollars to sleep in a hotel I would think it included a breakfast. I did not know the breakfast was extra. That is not the problem, The problem was that I got singled out. There was a lot of people at the breakfast buffet and I am the only one that was asked for my room number and brought a bill to pay an outrageous amount $16.49, for a meal that was not all that good. I have never been charged of breakfast at a hotel unless it was a restaurant style breakfast, not a simple breakfast bar. I was very offended. I was the only African-American in the breakfast area. I have stayed at this hotel before and had no issues. The breakfast was free so why is this time different? And why am I the only one? Being an Elite Member of IHG I would expect better treatment.

This 7 year old establishment looks and feels new and the staff from the Front Desk to the restaurant put customer service and hospitality first. I would highly recommend this hotel. AND if you like good food you are just a few blocks from a new strip mall ethnic gourmet food mecca from Japanese to Peruvian to Turkish Mediterranean. GH

Great place. Come to Irvine often for work and enjoy staying here. Clean rooms, good food at the restaurant and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Great hotel! Super comfortable beds/pillows, great service, great location (5 minutes from Irvine Spectrum), great beer selection at bar. Best hotel stay I've had in a while.

Really comfortable beds. Restaurant was fine with other options close by.
Staff quite personable and were willing to assist the best they could. Location near quite a large highway but you could not hear any noise from inside the rooms. Rooms have basics including a microwave. So basic comfortable accommodation.
