Very helpful staff and a frat location with full amenities. Room was very clean and well attended; location proved invaluable doesn't reaching disparate parts of the city. Safe, secure and welcoming I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel by far. They have a restaurant and bar located inside the hotel. Great food and great drinks. The customer service is great here. No complaints

I love the hotel because they have a fitness center and it also says that they have a spa but I didn't see one and the pool is closed because it's cold and they'll probably open it in the summer. Their breakfast is really great I love the oatmeal and they have other options like sausage, scrambled eggs and others. It's a great place to visit recently ( Monday ) it snowed if you like snow you can go there.

I love this hotel. SO close to downtown but such easy access AND no parking fee! Plus they allow dogs and have plenty of grass. GREAT buffalo chicken wings (and other food too!) Staff is always helpful. I've stayed many times over the last 8 years, for work AND leisure.

Food is excellent. Staff are most helpful,friendly, desire to please. Transportation provided cost saving.Hotel Rates are excellent and most affordable. The building ,grounds and rooms are kept up and maintained but could benefit from a more modern up date. Rooms. are clean. Strongly recommend. Thank you.

The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The comforter was lumpy and needed to be replaced. It would not stay on the bed and it was unusable. Everything else was great.

The hotel is located in a good area with a mini mall near by, where you can find any supplies you may need. The room was adequate; linens need updating but very clean. The hotel staff did not go "over board" to make you feel welcome but I've stayed there before because of the close proximity to the relatives I visit in the area. I will probably stay there again.

The staff is wonderful here. From the front desk to the housekeepers and the lounge staff, everyone was super nice and helpful. The location is pretty nice. My only complaint was it seemed to turn into club best western our second night (Friday). I'm not entirely sure if these people were hotel customers or if they simply came for the lounge. I can't complain too much because everyone stayed in that area, and no one was roaming the hallways. The lounge itself is very nice. They have a breakfast buffet (not free, but relatively inexpensive, considering.) There is a gym and indoor pool. Overall, I would recommend this location.

Stayed in room 374 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! 3 family reunions going on so lots of happy people to enjoy seeing and all of the desk staff was amazing! And with a huge crowd checking in at 3:00 on a Friday they could have easily gotten flustered - but they were patient, answered questions and efficient and pleasant! We had a small problem with our room and it was late. The 3rd shift desk clerk was gentleman who listened apologized empathized and problem solved. He also had me speak to the GM in the morning who was wonderful and took great care of us! Any restaurant, or hotel, or actually any hospitality industry is going to have flaws… It's what they do to resolve a problem that creates integrity and trust in their ability to handle anything that comes their way to take great care of their guests - attitude is everything and the attitude of the staff at this hotel the morale of the staff at this hotel shines. You can plan to have an excellent day but if any little thing doesn't go your way you can feel assured that they will take great care of you and help to resolve the situation quickly into your satisfaction !

This was my second stay at this hotel for business. Everyone has always been very pleasant. My room was very clean both times. I dined in the restaurant for dinner during both of my stays there, they have a great selection and my food was good both times. I would definitely stay there again!

Well the location was a bit far from my relatives BUT the rooms were very clean showers were clean and everything in general was just clean. Also the morning breakfast they have was great the food was prepared very well and I really enjoyed. So overall it's a great hotel that I will be going to again.
