Stayed for the weekend. Loved the area and downtown port Washington. No continental breakfast. Small on site restaurant. No seats left when I showed up for breakfast. Hotel could use better walls. Could hear the neighbors watching TV. But otherwise great view out my windows of lake Michigan and canal.

Checked in with friendly staff. Roomy shower. Comfortable beds with 4 pillows each (2 firm, 2 soft). Wonderful view. Mints on pillow. Microwave. Refrigerator. Pool. Game room. Laundry. Continental breakfast very good cooked-to-order. Daytime staff gets 5 stars. Night staff gets 2. Parking very reasonable. Clean. Luggage carts available. Very homey feel.

Encountered a few issues during my stay. At about 3 AM, noisy drunken guests woke me and carried on for almost a half hour. Called front desk and complained about it 20 minutes after it woke me. Hotel staff not willing to do anything.
Also, toilet in room required you to hold the handle for almost 30 seconds until it was flushing on is own. Bathtub not draining very well.
    Pool seemed slightly over chlorinated.

I enjoy staying at these smaller Hotels, outside of the big Cities.
The rooms are comfortable, quiet, housekeeping does a great job and everything is clean.
Some minor decorative things could be updated or maintained, no big deal.
Enjoy your stay in a nice, clean and save place.
And enjoy the surrounding area while you are in town.

Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The management let me push my checkout back to 2 p.m. due to circumstances. Nice location, plenty to do within walking distance, and the staff is excellent. I would recommend it to others. Definitely going to stay there again.

It wasn't too bad we had to get our own toilet paper once though so I'll give them a 3

We always stay at his Holiday Inn when we come to go salmon fishing! Comfortable rooms, love the view! Great pool and hot tub, don’t forget to stop past the Rusty Anchor for music, appetizer and a quick drink! Bartender was great, friendly and fun!! You’ll also be close to downtown, which has great shops and restaurants to try! Definitely stay here!

As holiday inns go, this one was just okay. The attention to detail just wasn't there. Small details like a gap between the wall and the counter top in the shower, or the adhesive signage in the inside of the elevator door being wrinkled and crookedit just wasn't as nice as most of the others I've been in and didn't leave me with the impression that they has paid attention to other detailsyou know like cleaning the rooms properly. The location was really nice though and I would stay there again just based on that. Parking was ample as well.

Hotel staff is very helpful. Location right on the harbor by lake Michigan is great. Always stay here when I'm in the area.

The room we stayed in was filled with innovative double-blinds systems that perfectly block out light. Water pressure is great, there's a microwave and decently sized fridge, and our suite had a separate shower and bath area. The view from our room overlooked both the pier and the powerplant. The pool is sizeable, but is perhaps the least updated part of the hotel, with some areas of paint peeling. Still, the area is kept clean.

Absolutely awful. It all started with the Air Conditioner. It was extremely loud and kept me up all night. Then the breakfast was even worse. The pancakes tasted like cardboard and the service was insanely slow. The cookies they had in the lobby were good though. The pool was gross. And to put the icing on the cake, one of the games in the game room was out of order and i was really sad.

I did not stay or see any of the rooms, but the grounds are clean and well landscaped. The lobby appeared clean and comfortable.
