Loved it!! Very clean, low price, comfortable beds, enjoyed the kalahari theme park passes, and best of all EXCELLENT customer service!! Definitely staying again!! Way better than Mt Olympus hotel.

Pleasantly surprised. Clean and spacious. Friendly. ..only problem was we didn't think there was hot water for a shower. Had to let run a really long time and then got hot water :) would stay again. .

Arrived before check in, got a room. Immediately given discount/coupon book for surrounding restaurants/events. Room was very spacious compared to other high end hotels. Very clean, no crazy smells. Stayed 3 days, rm cleaned each day. Hot tub water in hotel lobby should b hotter.
Received FREE INDOOR theme park tickets for Kalahari from the hotel. U get wrist band from kalahari & it expires when u check out the hotel which is great. Visited Mt Olympus ($20) water park which is cheaper than kalahari ($60) water park.
Weather still chilly but hotel is walking distance to downtown area. I definitely recommend this hotel. Next time I'll come when weather is warmer.response / report this review -

This motel is nice as far as price and service. Our room had a lot of space for 3 people even though it was only one room. Beds were really soft and clean. We will be back here again.

Nice little motel. Woman at check in was helpful and friendly - gave us a Dells coupon book and recommendations. No breakfast and a bit noisy, but it's the Dells - there are going to be noisy kids. Beds were soft and nice pillows.

The staff are amazing people! Clean rooms, outdoor pool, and free water park passes. Would definitely stay again. Is a little too far down from main boardwalk on foot if your not used to walking much but do able if you are. By car it is just minutes away.

I stayed 3 nights at Amber's Hideaway over Labor day weekend, and I will definitely be staying again. The cost of the room included Season passes to Noah's Ark AND the indoor Kalahari theme park. What a deal! This hotel is within walking distance of downtown Dells, we made the walk everyday! The hotel has a heated outdoor pool & indoor hot tub. The hotel also has a bonfire pit & cut wood surrounded by many tables & chairs for gatherings with friends. They also have a bean bag toss game on property! The showers were amazing: strong water pressure & plenty of hot water. The bathrooms also had windows you can open! I tipped housekeeping before checking out, and they helped me carry my stuff down to my car from the second floor, as they do not have an elevator. I was very impressed overall!

Pros: Very clean. Not a perfect motel, but very well kept with many nice features. BBQ, picnic, pool, playground, etc.
Cons: We found it a little too easy to hear the neighbors. The AC unit was mounted high and hard to reach / set (step stool required, but provided by motel).response / report this review -

WiFi is available but it's bad. The room are nice thought, they are large and clean. Also they have benches and ash trays outside all the rooms for smokers that are stylish without looking trashy.

Very nice for the price. Spacious rooms that appears to have been recently remodeled. You can get tickets to waterparks plus the pool is heated and you can grill if you want or eat at a good restaurant next door.

A very reasonably priced hotel in Wisconsin Dells worthy of four stars. The excellent, snarky, and professional night front desk manager, Melissa, pushes this location to five stars. Seriously, she alone is worth the visit.. if she can keep the front lobby fridge stocked with bottles of water for sale. Her management and leadership skills are seen with her guidance of the hotel. The only thing this place is missing is room service.

Nice rooms, fair prices and even better service. My family and I really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. We received free tickets to Noah's Ark and for the Kalahari's ride and game room all included in our room price.We definitely have found our mainstay when in the Dells. Keep up the awesome job!
