Easy to find. In walking distance to 2 restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Has a clean indoor pool. Has a decent morning breakfast. Hotel next to interstate so it was a little hard to rest from the noise.

Have stayed several times and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Room is always in order and clean. Has a nice pool area and the breakfast has nice options.

This is one of the nicest places to stay that I have found for quite some time. It is a very clean place and the staff is exceptional ! The beds are first class and great for anyone who may have back trouble. The rooms are spacious and inviting. We enjoyed our stay there !

VERY CLEAN! Nice stay, room was very nice, no issues. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel, but it looked very good. Nice fitness center and visiting area. Great location for traveling. Surprisingly QUIET, bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

Ashley and Mike made our stay positive and comfortable. The morning breakfast was good. Room was very clean. I do believe that the King size bed does need to replace soon, a little lumpy.

We're pleased and surprised at the service and amenities offered in the package. At some hotels, one would have to pay extra for same amenities. To be sure I will not forget the excellent at an affordable price. Satisfied customer.

Check in and out was great. No problems. The price was more than the last time we stayed back in april. Probably due to the fact it was a holiday weekend. But still. ..the prices shouldn't change that much.

We have two students at Taylor University and this is our preferred place to stay. Staff is great and the hotel is clean. Over the past 2 years the Taylor discount rate has continued to increase. I hope that stops or I may have to start shopping around for a better rate.

No stars. This is a poor example of a Best Western. The room was dirty, smelled old and moldy, and overall cleanliness was horrible! Could hear people in the rooms beside me and above me. Definitely no sound barrier. Very dissatisfied after paying >$150.00 for one nights stay. Have paid much less at other hotels for exceptional room quality!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good- they offered a good variety of foods. The value received for amount paid was disappointing. I would have hoped for a more clean and updated hotel for the price. The bed was not very comfortable.

We had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Plus. Room was nice sized and clean. Shower was great. Breakfast was fantastic with several hot options and all of them were very good. Room had a slight odor that was probably just the type of cleaner they use and it seemed to pass after we got used to it. We could hear the traffic from the interstate but it wasn't loud enough to be a bother. We would stay there again.

My daughter graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University on Saturday, so we chose to stay at Best Western on Friday night, we planned to move her out of her residence hall and spend the night at Best Western, then go back to the college for the Commencement Ceremony on Saturday. I expected that I wouldn't be able to get into the room until 3:00. However, I received an email asking when I planned to be in my room, early check in. I would have loved to check in by noon, but didn't understand what it was, I hadn't heard of this before. When we got the Best Western, I went in and asked if I could check in now, she said Yes! I was so shocked and surprised they allowed that without charging extra! Needless to say I was able to get my Daughter's gown steamed and our clothes pressed and ready for the Graduation Ceremony the next day, and we were able to relax as a family for the rest of the day! I was so thankful for those extra hours, it was so incredibly helpful to be able to get everything finished and be able to relax the rest of the day and evening! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The king size bed is wonderful! It not only looks comfy and cozy with the fluffy pillows and the soft white comforter, it was very comfortable. The room was very clean and we totally enjoyed our overnight stay. There was an awesome restaurant across the street that we could have easily walked to for dinner except it was storming so we drove.

We booked 4 rooms to start for my Mom''s funeral. At least 4 more rooms were later booked for the same reason. We were from out of state so needed a space to gather after the funeral. The manager was very gracious in offering the breakfast space for our gathering. We had a wonderful wake in their lobby. However, the male staff that came on that night seemed annoyed by our gathering. Also, in the middle of that night our toilet flooded and soiled our laundry as well as our feet if we had to go in. The manager also graciously credited us for our less than ideal end to our stay. I would recommend a meal at Paynes across the road but it's pricey.
