I had a good experience at this holiday inn. Clean room, bathroom was great and they had good breakfast. Will stay again at this location

The rooms are comfortable and nice, value wise it was a little high price but then again it was the final four in San Antonio which is only about 25 minutes away. It was less than what one star motels were charging that were about 15 minutes closer to the city. The breakfast is pretty good and the location is right by a few restaurants so it's pretty convenient. Overall a good choice for those wanting to visit San Antonio in comfort but not break the bank.

This is definitely a dream hotel! Ceiling fan, hardwood floors, clean bed and bathroom. You never know what's going on in the carpet and if you can't sleep without the slight buzz of a fan, BOOM! One built in.

The service was great, the best nite of sleep I've had in a while!!! Very clean and food was fresh! Desiree was very friendly and fast at checking us in and out!!!!

Excellent! Beautiful guest rooms and very friendly staff. Zack was very kind and got us into a great room at a great rate within 10 minutes!! We will be back!

The staff, room and hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast although a good variety could use a little help on the sausage, egg and gravy parts. but that's just me. Biscuits were good. They did have cereals, oatmeal, apples, bananas, cinnamon rolls, pancake maker which left something to be desired according to my beautiful wife and then the juice flavored machine, as well as coffee, skim milk, 2% milk (for me what's the difference, yack! LOL). If none of that sounds good, there is an IHop within walking distance which I will use next time there.

Overbooked, and we were told that happens frequently, especially on weekends. The receptionist resolved the issue after the manager did nothing.
The hotel is very clean and nice. No issues. Breakfast was pretty good, again no complaints.
Suggestion: don't oversell your rooms to the point you have to downgrade rooms as early as 6:30 pm.response / report this review -

The room was fine. The toilet didn't work properly and you had to open the tank to get it to flush - not my favorite. Breakfast was decent for a hotel. Staff was friendly, but had not followed my request to put a crib in the room and it took a while for them to bring one.

My family and I were very impressed. The hotel staff are awesome. Lots of parking. Large rooms with no rugs. Walking distance to Starbucks, Subway, Chili's & IHOP. Right off I10.

Nice room's. Quiet comfortable area. I really like the area. My complaints are the water is way too hot no matter what setting you put the faucet on. Not sure if it's just my room or what. They knock on the door way to early in the morning when check out is 12 I really don't like that at all. And that's with the do not disturb sign on the door. In all its a great place.
