They don't even deserve the one star I gave in order to write the review. Was unable to sleep due to the fire alarm going off the entire night & had to evacuate three times. Tired to call the 1800 number to complain, but was disconnected. WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Went to this place for years, twice room not been cleaned and serviced. May look elsewhere next year. Room carpets could do with good clean. Lady in breakfast room, an asset to the hotel, who works tirelessly, and very pleasant manner. 3 emails not replied to.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the waterfront and convenient to a bunch of restaurants.

Slightly older hotel with nice clean rooms. Small breakfast area but still sufficient. Huge pool area and a 5 min drive to the beach.

Everybody on staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and attractive to the eye. It is located in an excellent part of town. The free breakfast is fantastic- they have a pancake machine! The pool area is large and nice and always well stocked with towels.
The staff again was wonderful-but special note must be mentioned regarding Roxanne: she is a true professional meant to be working with people and is a real asset to this hotel. If I bought a hotel, she would be the first person on earth that I'd hire.

Room was good size. Some modern touches: multiple imputs for tv and plenty of power outlets Some mold in the bathroom and stained towel. Expected better for the money

Started with a very friendly experience at the desk. The place is recently renovated (has RFID key cards) and was quite nice. Big 49 inch TV with an input panel in the wall (HDMI, RCA, USB, etc.) and non-interactive guide TV. Shower was a little cramped but good pressure. Room was clean overall. I would stay here again.

Beds are more comfortable. Spacious room. Very nice pool, not crowded. Wish the breakfast was better, but the fact that it's next to a 24 hour IHOP is fantastic. Hard to find the place though, but worth it.

Termites in room when staying there. Worker came and sprayed but did nothing to infestation. Since they didn't have my specific room type available they offered me a suite for the night, only to move back into the room or see if another opened up. Far too much moving around for me for an issue they're having. So I moved to an entirely different hotel. Wouldn't suggest staying here considering how they handled the situation.

Each room had a separate bedroom/bath, kitchen and sitting area. Very spacious, clean and quiet. Great staff. Would definitely stay here again in the future. This was a pre cruise stay so we used the shuttle service.
