We have been coming to Eagles Nest for four years. Traveling as a family of five, the 2 bedroom suites with full kitchens and in-room washer & dryer makes our vacations a lot more enjoyable!! EN is right on the beach, and you can rent a beach space with umbrella and wind shield for$100 a week - worth it! Very clean, well maintained units. Balcony of the tower units looks it over the water, gorgeous sunsets in your room. Free parking for one car per unit. There is also a tennis court, pool and fitness center. A small poolside cafe had a few sandwiches, but no other dining options exist here (except of course that you can cook your own good in a fully equipped kitchen in your room). Good wifi free in each room, AC works very well. Our favorite family retreat, you will find us here almost every year! Highly recommended.

Been coming to EN Marco for over 20 years. Great place with a good atmosphere and events. Beach can be rather crowded now but nothing compared to popular beaches on Atlantic. Can't wait to go again. Love it!

This is the 2nd time we have been at eagles nest. The first time in a beach house and this time in a 2br tower apartment. The places are clean, nice working appliances and very friendly staff. The pool (salt and not chlorine) and spa(s) are open late till 10pm and there are grills to use around the property until 11pm. They have a game room and arcade also for kids to enjoy. The last 2 times we have used our friends time share, we are considering becoming owners ourselves in the coming year because this is definitely a resort we want to return to.

Very family oriented.
Rooms 5/5 kitchen is a major plus, well designed rooms only complaint was the TVs being older with no desk in the suite.
Workout facility 3/5 has new equipment which is nice but the room is overcrowded. Has a sauna but couldn't figure out how to use and seemed like it had not been used in 5+ years.
The pool 1/5 is inaccessible due the volume of families and young children/teens. The awesome view of the gulf is obstructed by weeds which is a major disappointment. You get a towel at the begging of the week but can only exchange it once (strange every resort I have been too has unlimited daily towels so you can enjoy a dirty wet towel here in the afternoon).
Staff 3/5 very helpful only knock is the security guard had to argue with for 20 minutes before he would let me park my car. Why is there no one to help you unload luggage or groceries?
Tl;dr : nice location only recommend staying if with toddlers, infants and young teens

My family has been coming here for 30 years and have had a lot of great memories and good times. Never disappointed, and they definitely try to make u feel at home while we,are,here making lifetime memories. Thanks to th staff!!!!!

The facilities were kept up very nicely. Staff was very friendly, and even encouraged visitors to engage in social activities such as pool volleyball and bingo. Good fun for the kids.

We have been owners at Eagle's Nest for close to 20 years. I have seen over the past few years the quality of service and the appearance of the units decline. This year was the last straw - we will be banking our points and going elsewhere from now on. The check in has been changed to a little table in the entrance (after a grilling by a security guard as you enter - I get it - we all want security but this is a bit overboard) - I mentioned that this was a different set up and the young man said "yeah it's to get everyone checked in faster" - really friendly and welcoming ha! Then we arrived in our unit to find that housekeeping (who was lounging around in the lower lobby by the elevators) had apparently felt inclined to leave the bathrooms dirty with toothpaste etc all over the sinks. I called the front desk and asked to be moved and if there were open units - he said yes but couldn't move us to them????? So housekeeping was sent up to bleach our bathrooms. The master bedroom hasn't changed since we started coming and I was freezing all night - not wanting to use the crummy bedspread or blankets that were tied up with strings and obviously not washed. I bought my own blanket at Walmart the next day. Today I decided to stop at the "NEW" snack bar to get some lunch on the way back from the beach - was told that he would be right with me - 10 minutes later and after he served one employee - I left and went up to the room. Seriously..I am extremely disappointed. My family has many great memories of time spent in the summers at Eagle's Nest and our children made life long friends - Hilton needs to do something about the conditions and the service as it is sad to see things go downhill.

A nice resort with easy beach access. Has a pool with a bar area with food and drinks available for purchase. On the beach chairs and umbrellas are available but cost extra. The building next door is currently under construction and that can be very noisy at times.

My family has been coming here for years. The location, beach, and veiws are all amazing.
The rooms have been updated and are nice, some of the decor still makes it seem a little dated. Nice large shower in master but had low water pressure.
Pool area is very nice and they have recently added a "bar and grill". It's very small operation and only open during lunch hours, but very nice to be able to grab a drink or bite to eat at reasonable prices.
Marriott next door has a lot of construction but we haven't heard any of it during our stay.
Overall great place, doesn't have the amenities some places offer and isn't nearly as fancy as say the Marriott.response / report this review -

Visited a family member staying there. Room were nice, view was amazing. Only downside, they were doing construction on the building next door and it was very loud.
