Nice people, poor upkeep. Pam, at the front desk was very warm and nice. Even though I sleep with ear plugs, the room was noisy because of the frig and A/C motors. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The sheets seemed very worn. The fitness center is a closet with 1) treadmill that needs repaired 2) bike with a seat that keeps falling down and 3) an elliptical machine. There were signs to use a sanitation wipe when finished, but there were no wipes. There was a clock in the fitness closet, but it did not work.

Paid $50 extra for a Jacuzzi that does not work. $150 for a room should have been $99. Jacuzzi is a bathtub with half the jets don't shoot and the ones that do only gently do so. I expected 10 times the pressure. NOT.
Windows are designed to actually catch rain. Not only did I have my own (loud) drummer all night, but the water is coming inside the room.

The hotel itself was very nice, And the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and kept up with. It was a little confusing to find at first but I love that it was tucked away from the main road.

Very clean and nice hotel! Bethany was very helpful, always smiling, positive, and polite. Sharon, in breakfast, was so sweet and the food and choices were great! Tia was friendly, smiling, fast, efficient, and informative when I was checking in! They offer sleeping aids such as soft (and very comfortable) eye masks, ear plugs, breath right strips, and "sleepy time" chamomile tea to help relax and fall asleep on super comforting bed and pillows (that I didn't want to get up from). The room was immaculately clean, and my housekeepers were pleasant and efficient. Plus you can swim and work out! I could vacation at the Holiday Inn Express in Marysville, Ohio every single day! I more than recommend it, I completely endorse it!
