The rooms are pretty nice. Our first one had a broken fridge and second didn't have all the bedding, but issues were resolved. Walls transmit sound room-to-room and especially from hall-to-room. (We were woken up each morning as the staff was cleaning nearby rooms.)

Breakfast offerings were ok, but multiple items ran out before breakfast hours were over.

The kids enjoyed pool/play area, but it's pretty loud from all the water, so don't expect to relax or carry on a conversation while they swim. (We were the only group swimming. I can't imagine the noise level with other people in that area.) We (kids included) were annoyed with the chemical smell in pool area and lasted an hour before it really gets irritating.

The flooring throughout the lobby area gets super slippery when wet, so pay attention to those wet floor signs when they're out for weather/cleaning.

Very nice! Staff very helpful to ensure my needs were met. I am wheelchair bound & disabled so finding accommodations is most times difficult. Area has access Polaris, Ikea, Easton, & Tangier shopping centers. Plenty of places to dine in the immediate area. Will definitely be returning for return visits!

Had the pleasure of staying in a jacuzzi suite during my stay. Rooms were clean and inviting and the fitness center provided just what I needed. Very pleased with my stay.

The larger water slide (appears in photos online) has been removed. We still enjoyed this pool area more than a traditional hotel pool by a wide margin. The rooms were clean, reasonably priced and plenty big. Avoid rooms to the west of the building, as they emptied the large steel dumpsters at 5 am, either poor judgement or poor placement.

Called ahead for early check-in and desk staff said it was likely a room would be ready by our arrival time. When we arrived the same person we talked to said it would be another 45 minutes. After having lunch and returning 45 minutes later the desk person to us nothing would be available for another hour. Poor communication between shift change. Average rooms and breakfast otherwise.

The desk clerk named Will was beyond rude from the first hello. I was shocked by such behaviour. My wife and I have come to think of every holiday inn as a home away from home. And every employee extened family. Not this one. Even as we wished Will well on our way out of the door his rudeness continued. There is a much nicer hotel one exit north.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites was great for our family of 4. The hotel and room was up to date with a modern style. The room, loby and pool we're clean and inviting. One of the perks of this hotel is the pool. It offers a little of everything for all ages. The kids really enjoyed the tipping buckets and basketball hoop; while my husband and I watched from the hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was nice. There were many options for my picky eaters. Over all this was a great overnight stay, I only hated the pillows. Next time I'll have to remember to pack mine.

My experience was odd, but acceptable experience at this hotel. When we first got there, everything seemed pretty normal, check in was fine. When we first got into our room, the floor was littered with various food particles. It was odd to see something like this at a place like this, so I mentioned something to the staff. Immediately they sent someone to make things better. Breakfast was acceptable, nothing special. In the end, I slept in a bed, but a few things could have been done better.

Absolutely awesome. We called expecting them to say they were sold out and they had a cancellation. They could have jacked up the price of the room on us, but gave us an amazing price instead. The room was super clean. Bathroom was as well. Chad and Joe, at the front desk, were 2 of the best front desk workers I've ever encountered. Would stay there again in a heart beat!!

We arrived and the y claimed we did not have a reservation, after arguing with the manager we finally got our room after showing them our email confirmation. Other than poor customer service the hitel itself is very nice.

My fiancé and I stayed one night here while visiting a friend. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, and the pool was big and awesome. The fitness center was nice too. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and clean. Big bathroom! The price was very fair as well. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Stayed here on business a few times and everything is always wonderful. The hotel is very clean, up-to-date, and comfortable, plus the rates are very affordable. Access from the highway is very easy but didn't notice any noise in my room. Great breakfast as well.
