We had a company Christmas party. The facilities were very nice. Dinner was catered with several buffet style food stations. There did was good.

Our meetings were in the Grand Ballroom. There were multiple large screens for viewing the presentations and comfortable chairs. The morning hot beverage service provided was great with several flavors of coffees and teas--all very hot at each of our hourly breaks. As a nursing mother, I needed to use a breast pump during the event, and the staff was very helpful in opening the locked Mothers Room within the women's bathroom when I needed it. The Mothers Room contained a table, chair, ottoman, and mini refridgerator. It was separated from the bathroom itself. The bathroom was clean and well-kept both days of the event.

The hotel was very fancy with a spacious room. The wifi was solid. I was there for a conference and the halls were also spacious and relaxing. I did not have to ask for any special service, though the front desk staff was extremely helpful.

Rooms were modern and clean. Have a a place called the pub which has a great bar with tv's for watching sports. The hotel has a nice indoor and outdoor pool as well as very nice exercise facilities. Breakfast was provided and was delicious!

Great breakfast. There was an omelette station and the cook did a great job. There were buffet stations as well including plenty of crispy bacon. I'm a big breakfast guy so I loved that.

The room was nice overall and the bed was very comfortable. Once excellent feature was an input panel mounted on the front of the desk for hooking your PC or other device to the television.

All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional.

I would rate it 5 stars but I'm subtracting one for not being gun friendly. I'm no fan of any business going against our constitution.

You will not be disappointed at this venue. Spacious modern and beautifully Maintained buildings and grounds. The food is great, and the staff is even more so. I attended conferences so I haven't seen the rooms. I can say that I look forward to doing future activities there. I'd give it 4 stars!

We stayed here for a long weekend. My god, I loved this hotel. So upscale in feel (but honestly not that expensive at ALL!), super clean, and so accommodating. The room was lovely with a deep blue on two walls, white linens, a super comfortable couch, shutters on the windows, a pocket door separating the shower and toilet from the sink. No dusty curtains, no ugly landscape paintings above the beds. And the atmosphere is gorgeous. It's an entire complex with conference centers, a restaurant, a pub I don't even know what else is there. The breakfast buffet was exactly what you would want from the hotel breakfast, and the staff was so lovely. Honest to god, our *only* complaint was that there wasn't a hook by the shower. And what a silly, simple complaint right??? We'll be back, for sure.

Beautiful grounds and landscaping! I visited in the Spring of this year and I loved all the roses and the water fountains out back. Rooms are very clean and comfortable beds. The entire hotel is beautiful and deserving of 5 stars. The free breakfast was amazing; take advantage of it, because it was delicious! Their customer service was incredible! I had a wonderful stay and would not stay anywhere else if I visit that area again!! It's worth the price. It made my vacation. Thank you for being there!!

This is a very nice hotel. We were there for a convention, so we didn't stay the night but everything was very beautiful and clean. The facility is lovely and nice to walk around. I would love to stay a weekend there even though it's close top home. I was very impressed.

I attended professional training at this location. The property is very beautiful and designed to make business meetings efficient and comfortable. The staff were top rate! Food and beverages were plentiful, and attention to detail and superior service definitely was the standard. I would gladly come here again for meetings and/or a stay.

Very nice conference center with great food. What I found disappointing was that although we were provided with many choices of bottled and canned beverages during the conference, there was not one recycling container. All those beverage containers are recyclable, but they were all going into the trash as far as I know. I would have been very impressed had the hotel/conference center promoted recycling and been setting an example for the others in the greater Columbus area.

It was a really nice hotel. I use to be a housekeeper myself so my only complaint for that is the windows weren't clean. But that's no biggie. I didn't like being woke up to being able to hear everybody upstairs or outside my room walking down the hall way to breakfast or to check out. But can't do much about that. Overall it was a nice stay. I would stay there again.
