Absolutely lovely facility. The lobby is very inviting decorated for the Christmas holiday which was a pleasant surprise there is a bar in the lobby there is a restaurant in the lobby the pool area is very nice the rooms were clean spacious and very comfortable to stay in. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the needs of my family which was a nice surprise.

The hotel itself was well kept and cute. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the overall experience was made to be very dissatisfying buy some serious issues. We were told the hotel was full Moon called except for the largest rooms, which was fine because it's what we had intended to rent. Immediately upon walking in the hotel room bathroom which was the handicapped room on the first floor, you could smell old litter box. The scented grocery store kind that gets that strong sweet aoma when it's soaked with cat urine. It would have been easier to sleep in the bedroom if an old Chevy farm truck were parked in there with the engine on because the heating unit was broken and made a constant effort to heat the room. It would kick on with a loud bang every 4 or 5 minutes and run for about 60 seconds. The drawers were broken on multiple furniture units, even in the public space. Their breakfast bar was 9.95 and I've seen better at Motel 6s. For nearly $400 hotel stay, I was surprised buy holes in the ceiling, broken outlets, and more. They were able to provide hypoallergenic sheets, which was great.

Honestly, the best customer service i have received in Columbus and I have stayed at 6 competitors for work. Friendly staff, best chicken ciabatta sandwich (you definitely have to order it), clean rooms, and they pay attention to detail. Might not be right next to the main restaurants, but a 5 minute drive. Will use this location for business travel going forward. The only downside is the mirror in the bathroom is set up so when you shower you watch yourself shower. Otherwise this place is top notch.

Excellent value. Great place to stay. Prices are very good. There is a fitness room, pool and hot tub. The rooms are clean and a good size. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check in has a little bit of issue, but resolved without too much of a problem. Our bed was very firm, but several friends were much happier with theirs. All and all no significant issue.

Fan in bathroom didn't work, and one of our phones was out. For the price I expected much better. The rooms were nice but that's my only compliment.
Breakfast (a very cheap meal) is not free in any capacity (no muffins or anything) and costs ten dollars. Ten dollars for a breakfast bar at a hotel is ridiculous.
Some staff are rude, some are okay.

Overall we had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was in great condition, and everyone had a good night's sleep. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel to other travellers in the area.

Real nice and safe hotel with a little restaurant and bar. The place is clean and a little upscale without being too pricy. Pool and surrounding suburban strip mall neighborhood is great for passing through town or staying for biz.

This Hotel is NOT BAD. Looks a lot more modern than most hotels in Columbus. I have lived here my whole life, and also worked at this Cambria suites location in the past. The rooms were very pretty, and spacious. The bed was wonderful, and very comfortable. There was a small amount of black shower grime in a corner of the shower glass wallthat happens, it's a shower so i understood. Because of the shape of the plugs for the microwave, and refrigerator they would not both fit in the outlet at the same time. We had to pull the refrigerator out 3 times to switch appliances. The whirlpool in the room was GREAT. It was clean, spacious, and enjoyable. There were plenty of towels in the room which was also nice. The only thing that i am really going to actually complain about is the breakfast. I worked as the breakfast chef at this location years ago, and the food has the potential to be delicious, and well made. I was so disappointed. My husband and I both paid for the breakfast buffet. The "scrambled" eggs were big chunks, dry from sitting out so long, and under seasoned. The hash browns were soggy. The bacon was old. The casserole thing they had on the buffet (I'm assuming Frittata) was dry, old, and was pretty much exactly like the pan of scrambled eggs. Glasses for juice were dirty. No butter on buffet. There were 3 women there, 2 of which were on their phones in the front near the register. I was so Disappointing in the breakfast. The room was expensive enough (over 200 dollars), but on top of that we had to pay a total of 21 dollars after tax for an over cooked, under seasoned, old breakfast. Over All, it is a very nice hotel. Most of the employees seems kind and professional. I would come back here in the future if necessary, but this will not be my go to hotel for Hotel rooms with whirlpools, and I will not be eating the breakfast again. Hope this helped. IT IS WORTH GOING, JUST TO FORM YOUR OWN OPINION.

The check-in was great the clerk was friendly the room was clean everything was fine until I took a shower and with the air conditioning on and the fan on high the smoke detector in the room went off. I'm shocked and awestruck by the incompentency of the hotelI'm sure this disturbed the other guests as it was after midnight and I'm even more upset with the resolution because they offered to comp our room only to find out out the hotel was already aware of the issue and did nothing to resolve it in the future I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if the others in the Cambria chain are like this one I will never stay at one again I've had better experiences at the comfort inn and suites!

Hotel was is in good condition, seems clean and our 2 queen bed room with a sitting area felt spacious. My 3 star rating is for dealing with the staff after realizing a tablet was left behind. I got transferred around and had to leave messages, and finally just decided to drive the 3 hour round trip to pick the tablet up since it was starting to feel like I wasn't going to get it back. But the hotel itself was a nice experience.

Acceptable
This hotel is nice but needs to be renovated. It has a great set up but it's worn looking. I would have paid about 100.00 for this room.
Beds claim to have pillow top mattresses. I could not tell. Do not expect luxury but it is a step up from the other hotels in this chain.
You have to pay 9.95 for breakfast that is free at the other chain's hotels. If you are paying more you should get more.response / report this review -

This was one of the best stays at any hotel I have ever experienced. My wife and I were just getting away for our wedding anniversary and we were well taken care of by the complete staff. The front desk was very accommodating and the check in process was smooth and pleasant. Everyone had a smile and were happy to help. The room was very nice and spacious and VERY clean, every detail was looked after. I will be staying with this chain from now on..
