The front desk staff overnight, Stephan, was very helpful when there was an issue with our booking site. He was able to fix the issue, and was very accommodating. The room itself was mediocre at best, but the atmosphere and staff was very pleasant.
I've stayed at this hotel twice now and both times I've had a good experience and had great stays. It's location is perfect for restaurants and downtown night life. Staff is always friendly.
The employees were great. All super nice the front wall under renovation and the bathroom in our room looked a little dingy. Other than that the included breakfast was fantastic and there beds and sheets were extremely comfortable and we'll kept. I would definitely stay again, well worth the cost. A lot of potential after the upgrades are complete.
Express check-in. Pool. Free on site parking. You can walk to many main st restaurants from here. Accommodating staff top to bottom.
Room 515 is a bit noisy being that it faces the pool & trash bins(pick up Friday mornings at 445am). Also, you will hear rooftop HVAC units. I suggest asking for a 3rd or 4th floor even numbered room.
No clothes self-wash facilities.
The bed was hard, but my biggest issue is that our room was DIRECTLY under the breakfast area, so all we heard were scooting chairs and tables from 6:30am on . . . Don’t stay on the first floor. It took a lot for me to even give it 3 stars. Definitely could have spent my $230 at a better hotel.
I didn't hated this place, i just love it 👫👬👭👔👚👕👔👖👗👘👙👟🎓🎩👒👞🎒👑🛍👢👝👡👜👠👛💄💍💎📱📱📷📒📔📕📖📗📘📙📚📓🖋💸📅🐶🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍦🎂🍻🍾🌎🏨🚄🚕🚗🕝🚪🛀🛌🛋🌕🌞🏅me be there at home with my family and friends to be the first love of your day is good to me about the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Greenville Downtown
Will never stay at a Holiday inn ever again! Made reservations 3 months ago to stay here because was going to Bob Seger Concert! Concert was cancelled the 3rd was suppose to check into hotel the 5th, so as soon as I found out concert was canceled immediately called hotel they said I'd have to call booking called them they said the hotel would have to approve refund on cancellation, Sunshyne said "NO"well it's not my fault concert was cancelled! So I called but didn't do any good, bad business, not a dime of $200 back, when you're gonna rebook that room and make double, but whatever, you want get another penny out of me!
Awesome check in, no wait. Our room was ready early so they let us check in sooner. Allowed us more time on the town with our belongings secured in our room. Friendly staff and quiet. Smoke free was plus as someone with respiratory issues. Breakfast was hot and got us up and on our way.
One of the absolute best continental breakfast that I've had the room was clean well-appointed awesome staff
Nice hotel close to downtown but not in the middle of everything. Breakfast in the morning was great and the staff was incredibly welcoming
Very nice hotel. It's right at the end of the main Street so it's very walkable. The river walk is about ten blocks away. The room was spacious and had everything that's to be expected. The staff was very nice and the included breakfast was really good.
Great stay. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very convenient to Main Street. I was able to walk everywhere.
We were very disappointed. Nothing about our stay was what we were expecting from the location of the hotel to our room. We were mislead to think that this hotel was off of Main Street close to the water, we were supposed to have a room with a king bed but instead had two doubles. The rooms are nicely renovated though.
We brought our concern about the room to the front desk and Dale was awful. He didn't care and almost seemed pleased that we were mislead and unhappy. Deborah working the front desk was very friendly and tried to help us where she could.
We ended up getting so frustrated we checked out 2 hours after originally checking in.
Wasted time and wasted money. We are very unhappy with Holiday Inn and their unwillingness to make things right.
Don't reserve a room online with them, you won't get what you're requesting.
