The room was exactly as you would expect. Clean every day. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was just OK, probably the weakest part of the stay. Snow hit the last day of our stay and they let us use a conference room to meet so we didn't have to drive anywhere. Staff was very helpful.

Best price around. Clean.Lots of places within walking distance to eat. Inside pool for the kids to play. Good breakfast.

What a wonderful hotel! It was an unplanned stop for us on our way home from the beach (arrived late at night and left early in the morning) but we had an amazing experience. My husband and I and our 3 young children shared a suite with 2 double beds and a pull out, which was perfect. The room was extremely clean and the beds (including the pull out sofa) were so comfortable. The staff all around was amazing. We barely had time to grab breakfast on the way out, but the sweet woman working in the breakfast room packed us a bag with fruits and muffins and goodies for the road. We will definitely be back !

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel! Can't say enough good things about it the staff is super friendly from the desk clerk to the hotel manager. Love the indoor pool rooms are spacious, clean and beds are always soft. Whenever I stay in Greenville this is where I stay.

Nice clean hotel. Currently going under renovation, so not as pristine as other comparable hotels. Good location and friendly staff.

The hotel was being slightly renovated, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were all clean and had no problems. Would recommend for a quick stay.

I worked there not even a full day! I was hired for cleaning the hotels rooms and I cleaned about 5 rooms with the help of a former room cleaner. What I saw what they did with their bedding, I was completely disgusted!!!! The only sheets the clean are the thin sheets but they DO NOT CLEAN the big quilt blanket! I asked why they don't clean that big blanket if that big blanket is used by other guests that have left, they responded with; " THEY TAKE TOO MUCH TIME TO CLEAN." One of the first things that told me was to take into consideration about the hotel inspectors, they inspect about every 6 months or pop in unexpectedly, I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, THE INSPECTORS OF THIS HOTEL NEED TO DO MORE INSPECTION! THE BIG QUILTED BLANKETS ARE FILLED WITH OTHER PEOPLES, SWEAT, GERMS, AND EVEN BLOOD! I personally thought that was disgusting, guests are covering up and sleeping in dirty blankets!! I shrug it off and kept cleaning 2 more rooms, I then could not take it anymore. I had the most horrible itching on my scalp and skin within 5 hours of being in the hotel cleaning rooms. I asked the managers if there were LICE or SCABIES. They responded with they knew what I was describing but they did not give me an answer. I immidently quit within the 5 hours of my first day of working there. For the people who book hotels please READ THE REVIEWS!! Please DO NOT BE FOOLED BY LOOKS OF HOTELS AND PLEASE ASK THE MANAGERS TO HAVE YOUR SHEETS CLEAN, EVERY SHEET IN THAT BED INCLUDING BIG QUILTS!!!

From the shuttle driver to the breakfast staff to the front desk staff the absolute Best customer service. The room's were clean and spacious. Bed's were super comfy.
