Trouble checking in I don't know why I.had the money .Nothing special bout the room I asked if we get any breakfast naw you will.have to paid fo every thing..but u get afree bottle of water when you get inside ur room holyday inn is more upscale than these bet on that won't come back again this hotel needs to be renovated asap

Don't waste your money staying here. There's nothing special abt it and you would be better off at a Holiday Inn Express. Stayed four nights and not housekeeping ever checked our room. Had to get clean towels and set our trash out in hallwaythis hotel is in need of a update. They are floating off the past success of their steak house unaware there is more competition now than 20 years ago. Was a disappointment.

Holiday team dinner held on 9 Dec and enters were dry and tough. Prepared too long before our seating time. Desserts usually save day but once all the chocolate cheesecakes were gone only slim pickings were left. The limited wine selection was OK. Luckily fun was had with colleagues and their spouses.

Very nice hotel. Room was a touch small, but clean. Swimming pool was terrific and invitingly warm. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms, however I will not be returning because the staff here are very rude. Front desk staff are very unfriendly and very short. During breakfast, the lady who was helping in the breakfast area just came picked up my finances plate, didn't ask if he was finished or anything. When he said no I wasn't finished she drugged her sholders as if she didn't care. The only hotel personel that spoke as we walked by were the cleaning staff, the others just stuck their noses in the air when spoken to. My money is as good as the next, and I will spend it with someone who actually values their guests.

I've stayed at this Crowne Plaza Hotel twice now (about a year apart) and both visits were identically great.The hotel layout is super easy to understand and the service level of the staff is outstanding. The room was clean, quiet, and exactly met my expectations.

Clean, nice hotel. Our stay was pleasant. The bed was.comfortable and the curtains blocked out all outdoor light. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

This is my fourth stay at the Greenville Crowne Plaza. Each time has been an exceptional experience. The Westin was full my first visit and I ended up here, and I have booked here ever since. Don, the front end manager bends over backwards to insure all is well; Butch, a gentleman of the old school, unloaded my copious luggage with a smile and settled me into my room as if he were my personal valet and ALL of the front desk girls have been amazing - especially Jenna, Keri, Denise and Anna. And last but certainly not least, is Ms. Jackie, the housekeeper who is superb at her job and never cuts corners.
I am horribly critical of hotels and restaurants because I travel and have traveled so often for so many years. This hotel stands out, not because it has a beautiful facility (which it does), but because of the level of customer service provided to each guest. I have decided to book the entire wedding party for my daughter's September wedding here, a choice I would not have entertained six months ago. I would recommend this hostelry to anyone; it is an incredible value.response / report this review -

One of the better hotels I've stayed at in Greenville. Great location next to the highway too. Rooms are clean and modern. Full hot breakfast is served in the mornings.

Not only is it located near several dining options, its easy to get on and off interstate. Was greeted with friendly smile and the suggested breakfast buffet was perfect for my family. Place was clean and smelled great.

Location is great, it's close to everything. Rooms are very comfortable. The only thing I was less than happy about was how small the swimming pool was. All in all its a thumbs up.

Check in was very easy and rooms were very clean. Everything was very nice. Pool was small but nice. The bar was limited as far as mixed drinks go. I think there were only 5 drinks available and a little on the pricey side. All in all very nice and probably will stay here again.
