The rooms were serviceable. Not very high quality but idk what you'd be expecting from a Holiday Inn. Someone in my party found multiple stinkbugs in their room and the staff were unable to accommodate a room switch. Free breakfast was decent considering it was free, but quality of some items left a lot to be desired. Also as a warning, the hotel is relatively in the middle of nowhere. But it did get the job done for a weekend so I can't be too harsh.

Front desk person Teresa was rude, room was OK housekeepers do their best to accomodate guest, housekeeping deserve an award as hard as they work around that place however front desk person could stand to drop her attitude it's not called for when you're suppose to be the first person we see on the way in and/or out!

Hotel was easily accessible right off 40/85. Clean and courteous hotel staff. Beds comfortable and A.C. cold. Breakfast was better than most hotels I have had.

This place was a life saver and Health saver. Booked a room at the place next door the RODEWAY INN and it was NASTY and a very high Health risk. BLOODY BED SHEETS, DIRTY ring around the bath tub, somebody dirty clothes. RODEWAY INN is a HIV, HEPATITIS VIRUSES, BACTERIAL INFECTION AND BLOOD BORNE VIRUSES & DISEASES WOULD YOU STAY NEXT DOOR AT RODEWAY INN. THANK YOU HOILDAY INN EXPRESS FOR PEACEFULL HEALTH NIGHT SLEEP. PLEASE KEEP CLEANING AND STAYING ON TOP OF THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT. I AM TRAVELING FROM PENNSYLVANIA AND I NEEDED REST NOT STRESS .

Worst experience I've had at a Holiday Inn in a long time. The carpet in the room is stained and smells old. The hotel in under construction which I was unaware of when I made the reservation. Entrance doors from the outside are out of order forcing you to have to enter through the front. Parking is limited. I'm paying $140 a night and feel like I'm staying at a cheap motel. Also the wifi is terrible.

Pool outside. Great complementary breakfast. Plenty of outlets in bedrooms. Bathroom has a fan which is a bonus.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, but WiFi is horrible; offline 99% of the time.
As a business traveler, reliable internet is key to get your work done.

The rooms, location, and service were spectacular. It was conveniently located just outside of downtown and the the city, which made transportation easy. The staff was extremely helpful as well, I would recommend for people to stay here when visiting Greensboro.

As a longtime Rewards member to Holiday Inn I was thoroughly disappointed in this place I have just got in and waited over 2 hours to check in when checking was supposed to be 2 o'clock I didn't get in till almost 4 when on the website is posted at 2 o'clock check in when I told the desk she said oh well. It was disappointing to wait for a clean room that was dirty I had to go exchange towels and washcloths because of the nasty stains I understand trying to save money but they are a lot better choices in Greensboro I don't believe this is typical of Holiday Inn but this place has turned me off to ever coming to a Holiday Inn in Greensboro my post may not mean much and after seeing the nonchalant staff they it probably won't care. They should not have the guest rewards member sign because you will never feel like one

My Roller Derby team is playing in a tournament in Greensboro. The venue is right Shen the road from the hotel, like literally the same road. The desk help is very friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, and the continental breakfast is top notch. I give it 9/10, or would be 10/10 of they had a bar where I could buy local beer. Seriously though, outside of bout having a bar this place is perfect.
