Was under some renovation, so we had to pardon a little dust. Beds were comfortable, and loved the big tv, but the room was kinda small. Service was pretty good also.

Basic hotel located off I-40 west. Hard to get to from eastbound direction. Great staff and updated rooms. Breakfast is okay not great. Prices are reasonable. Clean and comfortable not much in the area around the hotel.

My stay st the Hampton was great. Great customer service, the staff was very pleasant. Clean rooms. I would return when I come back in town.

Hotel is under construction but it does not interfere with your stay. Pleasant staff. Excellent stay. Good breakfast, free parking and clean rooms. Thanks Hampton Inns.

A friendly place for a quick rest. This hotel is right on I-40/I-85 so try to avoid rooms on the south end of the property. The furnishings are getting a bit dated and the entire property could use a refresh, but the staff is extremely friendly and it's a great place for a road trip break. Be careful accessing Knox Road as there is a Pilot gas station that has a lot of passenger car and truck traffic. Sometimes the trucks will stack up and block the road.

I had a great stay. All the staff was friendly/professional. The rooms were clean, quiet, and in great shape. The breakfast was the best kept breakfast I've experienced at any hotel, and the breakfast staff working that day were very helpful and friendly.

Nice place. Very clean rooms. A few more people skills would have been great. 2 staff greeted us the 2 days we we're here. Being nice or polite doesn't cost a thing.

Hampton Greensboro-East is definitely the place to stay when you're staying down in the Carolinas. The beds are very nice and comfortable, the breakfast options are great, and the employees are kind and welcoming! Had a great stay!
