Great place to stay they have a swimming pool indoors and also at the entrance they provide games that you can take up to your room and borrow. The breakfast is delicious! Will definitely be coming back

A bit out of the way and not a lot of food around it . The facilities we're clean and in good repair . Our room needed the bathtub cleaned but that was the only complaint really.

The only thing I can say is oh my gosh! It's at the bottom of the Foothills. There's shopping and restaurants close by. There are sidewalks to walk along the Foothills or walk up into the Foothills. It's close to downtown. Even though it's close to a freeway it's pretty quiet. Wonderful hot tub. They have a heated pool. And when you're sitting in a jacuzzi and all the walls are glass and you're looking out at snow-covered Foothills, that is one beautiful feeling.

Super thin walls or very, very loud neighbors. Was able to hear full conversations/dog barks/tv perfectly inside my room. No black out curtains or anything similar, they had thicker curtains as "decorations" but that didn't stop the street light from shinning into the room all night. Other than that, friendly staff, nice room, plenty of towels and .Good breakfast

The hotel and amenities were fine but the lack of personnel made this place not very express. My check in time was 30min as the attendant decided to take reservations over the phone instead of helping the people in line first. The manager was no where to be found.

Decent place to stay. No complaints here. Room was very nice, mattress and pillows were very comfy, and had a good breakfast. Great location, with plenty of necessities right near by.

Hotel itself is very nice. Cleaning staff prompt. However, we needed early check in to get dressed for a wedding. We were not allowed into room until 3 since they said it wad not ready. No cleaning staff to be seen, and magically at 3:01 our room and 4 other guests were able to get in room. My elderly mother was kept waiting in hall for 2 hrs. Will not choose this hotel for its policy.

Customer service was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. A bit run down in areas. Little things like a loose tile in the bathroom, loose trim around the door. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

Great place, continental breakfast is second to none. On thing though. Parking lot lights haven't worked for two nights. I reported this to the front desk twice now. We'll see if they're on tonight

The staff here are above and beyond when it comes to customer service and kindness. The breakfast is delicious and there's more choices in food and beverages than most hotels would ever make available. Deer creek canyon and red rocks are just a skip away and the scenery over the foothills of Colorado's Rocky mountains is always breath taking. I was going to move to an extended stay hotel, but have extended my stay here instead. I would recommend this hotel with 5+stars to anyone needing a nice place to stay our a break from their life ;)

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The first night was good. The second night someone was in the room above us and we could hear every step they took until they finally went to bed. There was traffic noise from the highway. We stayed for a hockey tournament so when we checked in the only thing they told us was to keep the hallways quiet from 10pm until 7am. Fine, no problem. So when our kids were playing knee hockey in the hallway on the third day, they were told they couldn't. I told the front desk staff that we were never told they couldn't play knee hockey when we checked in. We were then told that they had an incident the previous day on the second floor and that the GM was cracking down on no more hockey in the hallway. Well if the hotel is going to "sponsor" hockey teams then they should expect hall hockey from the kids. There was no one around when our kids were playing and I didn't see what the big deal was. I will never stay here again and I will make sure to tell our other teams not to either. Book your stay at Homewood suites across the street. They didn't have any issues with the kids in the hallways!
