Large, clean rooms. Helpful and pleasant staff. Many eateries within walking distance. I would recommend this spot if you are in the area.

Pros: very clean and quiet place
Looks newly remodeled
Spacious rooms with microwave, fridge and coffee maker
Breakfast is ok, good coffee
Fresh cookies and popcorn afternoon in the lobby
No problem with early check in(really appreciate it)
Cons:side entrance to the building is not locked (broken)
Staff is not very welcoming
Dryer in laundry room was not working, no note on it. We complain and got $1.00 back but they didn’t show any concern.we were stuck with wet laundry at night.
No one is cleaning tables in breakfast room after guests.response / report this review -

Honesty one of the best places I have stayed.. As a trucker driver we rely on sleep. I cant even dsescribe how great I slept in a king size bed OH MY !!!! I will definitely be back. I love how they are surrounded by a lot of stores.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly, even housekeeping! Room was nice, modern and clean, and the bed was really comfortable!
Walmart, tons of restaurants nearby. We went to The Dirt Track at Charlotte, just a short 15 minute drive. We'd definetly stay again!response / report this review -

Great Motel. My favorite when in the area! Very comfortable, clean, and the staff is awesome. Lot's of good restaurants within walking is just icing on the cake.

Janise helped my family and I over the phone on our way up from evacuating FL. She was super helpful and insisted on helping us find a Holiday inn hotel over the phone that could fit my whole family and our animals. I'm very appreciative of her and her kindness! Thank you so much!

We needed to stay here when our AC went out in our apartment. The staff was friendly and understanding. The room was clean and orderly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and well-stocked. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Room was available with no advanced notice necessary. Location felt safe and secure. Rate was great. Had issues with my room keys upon checking. I had to go to the front desk 3 times to try new cards before they finally just put me in a different room. The new room had a bathroom sink that wouldn't drain and a television that had so coax cable, therefore zero chance of getting a signal. Maintenance was unavailable, so I got an additional price break on the room. The pool was nice, warm, clean. Complimentary popcorn machine. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was just OK, but included with the room rate. I would stay here again for sure.

I stayed here for two nights in May while attending the Coca-Cola 600. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the price was competitive considering how close to the track I was staying. The rooms were updated and had nice features like accent lighting. I arrived at the hotel earlier than I expected and they allowed me to check in early. There are a lot of dining options nearby too. There is a Wal-Mart and a Sam's Club close. If you are in town for racing, this hotel may be in the perfect area. It's only a 20 minute drive to the track or to the Concord Mills mall.

Awesome hotel close to Charlotte Motor speedway. The rooms were very nice. In the suites they have 2 TV's but the second ones are not hooked up to cable yet. The breakfast buffet is the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had. The have eggs, bacon, sausage, omelets, pancakes, and numerous other items. The staff is friendly. The indoor pool is nice but small. I would recommend if going to any event at Charlotte motor speedway or the Concord area.

My family and I checked into this hotel on 5-27-17.
The first room 416 had double beds but the frame
was broken. The mattress wouldn't stay on the bed.
Called the front desk and they sent up a guy, he tried his best but it wasn't fixed. They moved us into room
417 which was a King bed pull out sofa.We were fine
until I opened up the sofa bed! It was disgusting! A
big gigantic brown urine stain yuck! I looked under
The mattress and it looked like a big dried up blood
stain! I will never stay here again!!! The front desk clerk was nice but couldn't fix the problem. We
checked out and got a refund!!! It ruined our weekend,

I enjoyed my stay so much that I had to come on here and give a review. Check in was fast and everyone was so polite! When I walked into the room it looked immaculate and smelled very clean. Complimentary breakfast was amazing the lady in charge was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying again if I am in the area.
