Very helpful staff and service. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice home away from home stay
Was here a few years ago, this is not same hotel. Friendly, fast service. Great breakfast and again friendly staff. Beautiful quiet room. Will be back alittle more often.
I attended a sewing retreat from friday to monday. The staff was so nice and helpful, they could not do enough for us. The cafe has a great little breakfast, the lady there was named Linda, she was very friendly, made us feel at home. You have a choice of muffins, toast, a pancake machine, cereal fruit, eggs, sausage or bacon depending on the day, cinnamon buns, juices, tea and coffee, I am sure I missed something! Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, anyone you see, smiles and says hello. We already scheduled a return trip next year!
Really run down. They only had their "king suite" left. While it was decently priced, the hotel itself is a bit dingy and you could easily spot a few missed spots when they were cleaning. There's also not much around the area to do. The staff was all polite, though.
The room was very clean and nice. Great breakfast! The employees were amazing and helped us out in many ways. Our plans were cancelled and they helped us find a wonderful restaurant and entertainment while we were there. They went over and above expectations when I left an item in the room and helped in having it returned to me. I wish I would have gotten the names of the clerks that helped me because they rocked!
I travel quite a bit and try to stay at Hampton or Holiday Inn. I always de germ my room and I found I don't think my room was cleaned or been cleaned the past couple guests. Found 2 used bars of soap in shower and pee stain on toilet. Calling management now to see how they deal with this. It would have been one star but the staff has been top notch thus far and room is good sized.
Part 2. Advised staff of condition and they immediately got into a room. As a side note they put in the room next to the one I complained about so I didn't have to completely repack. The staff is the saving grace here. Because they reacted the way they did I gave them another star.
The hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and our hotel room was clean and comfortable. I also liked the convenient location to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center, as well as Orlando. There were a couple of areas that needed improvement: The printer in the lobby wasn't working, and also the toilet in our room didn't flush properly. All in all, a great hotel if you're needing a quick place to stay a night or two. If I'm in the area again, this will be my #1 choice.
The Holiday Inn Resort was very nice with beautiful fool and betters guest services with amazing room service and it's and complimentary breakfast and extended check out clothes too many stores and gas prices are very low around town the Cocoa Beach Stadium baseball field is right next to the Holiday Inn Express Expo Stadium is in walking distance half a mile it is very nice and I loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Cocoa Beach Florida
Love love love the pool and hot tub. Very clean. You must visit grandpa's steakhouse just a short drive away.
So far my experience here has been extremely poor. I travel the country staying hotel to hotel and this holiday Inn has had the worst service and worst kept/clean rooms I've seen for any IHG hotels. I am here with a huge company contract, I am Spire Elite member and still sadly was treated very poorly. I experienced issues with cell service in the initial room I was in along with the water pressure. I asked to be switched. I was promised by 3 staff that the presidential suite would be available for the entirety of my stay if I toughed it out for 6 more days when it became available. When that day came, the gen. Mang. Told me I couldn't have that room. They did upgrade me to a hot tub room however which was disappointing but it was fine. The 3rd floor smells like mold and cigarettes, as did my new upgraded room. There was a urine smell in the bathroom that I requested be cleaned vigorously. It never fully went away. The toilet then began randomly overflowing. They had someone come in to fix it while I was at work and I came home to a yet again overflowing toilet with disgusting stuff. The man working, GAVIN, instantly had attitude with me. I asked to speak with the general manager and he kept trying to argue with me instead and tell me he was dealing with it. He pretended to walk off and call his manager for me but instead stood in the hall and listened to my employee and I discuss his rude behavior and then interrupted again to continue to try to argue with me. I, for the 3rd time asked him to just have his manager call me that I did not want to talk to him because he was being aggressive and instead he threatened to have the police come remove my stuff and kick me out. (Which was for no reason and didnt happen.) It was at the very least reactive and unprofessional. At this point the gen. Manager had not dealt with the employee but has offered to have the room I'm in fixed so I don't have to suffer the inconvenience of moving all of my stuff again. I will update if the experience gets better but at this point, I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. Poor clenlanliness, poor staff attitudes and unprofessional practices. The Marriott on the island has better accommodations for the same rate. Which is where our company will more than likely go to from here on out.
Update: Two days after this incident, $130 worth of lottery tickets and some other misc items were stolen from my room. I made a police report and called IHG customer relations, who told me they contacted the general manager and an additional staff memebers who both claimed to know nothing about it and were going to call me in 15min to rectify the situation. No one called, no one addressed the situation and it wasnt rectified. In fact, my room was again rummaged through even after requesting no one enter my room and my sign to not disturb was up. This hotel is absolutely horrid. I checked out, switched hotels and our company will no longer stay here. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. It's disgusting and the worst service I've ever had. IHG was very apologetic however and has been diligent about helping me.
IHG rewards finally got through to the general manager and made the hotel give me points to try to make up for the awful service and theft. Not quite but it's a start.
The best part of the stay is always the complimentary breakfast. Cannot beat the value of that. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern. There is plenty of room too.
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express with a huge group for a week, and the staff here was truly outstanding. They went above and beyond what we could have expected and made sure our every need was met. Robbie and Laura were especially great! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Would absolutely stay there again.
