I came here with a group visiting Chicago on two separate occasions. Each trip was pleasant with friendly staff, clean rooms, and enjoyable breakfast. By no means is this the fanciest place, but you already know this by the rate you pay. It is a modern and clean place to stay for a few days at a reasonable cost! I would recommend it to anyone travelling in the area.

Great place to stay! The room was spacious and clean with nearly every amenity, all while very moderately priced. The breakfast was also pretty good, with very courteous staff. We would definitely stay here again!

The recieptionist was super helpful to me, I was worried because I had a really late flight but he made it bearable. I appreciate the breakfast and have not tried the hotel restaurant yet. The blankets are a little thin and the shower drained slowly, but other than that it was awesome.

I have stayed here many times and typically have a great experience. The rooms are large and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable. I have not had problems with noise or odors. Breakfast options are plentiful. On the rare occasion that I've had an issue, the front desk staff has been very accommodating. Highly recommended.

I would like to give them zero stars but it's not an option.AVOID STAYING HERE!! The room is Filthy!! Hair hanging from the bed that was not mine. Food was behind desk and and night stand. Looks like the cleaning crew does the very bare minimum. The staff seem clueless and will just charge you whatever they want. My room was paid for third party and I was charged deposit along with cost of room when I checked in. When I called with questions I was told " I'm not sure what the charges are". I was given attitude as if I did something to them or charged their card! Lack professionalism! The manager never returned my call as promised by staff. I would never stay at this place again! Hope this help someone else. Motel 6 is probably better..

Great hotel. Friendly, clean. Breakfast buffet was above average. Lounge restaurant open late. Lobby has a book exchange and my daughter was able to pick up a book at her reading level. Would stay again

The room was clean and well maintained with the exception of the TV in my first room. As soon as I turned on the TV it was obvious that one of the speakers was blown out. I called the front desk about it and they immediately got me a new room with a perfectly working TV.

It is located in such a busy location. It was a bit hard getting in and out of the location.
When we first booked our room, we did not get any notice that there will be an addition $50 charge for deposit.
The room was nice, clean, and quiet.
Breakfast options wasn't much. Everything was all over the place, you pretty much have to figure where is everything.

Very nice room. Nice breakfast. Wasn't happy when the fire alarm went off in the whole hotel around 8am. My family and I rushed out of the room, down the stairs that led to the outside the hotel. Then we walked around to the front of the hotel still not seeing anyone else outside. We go back in, to see the front desk staff acting as if nothing was wrong, like they didn't know the alarms are going off on the rest of the floors. Then asked if they could help us. As if it is normal for a Family to come into a hotel without coats during a snow storm!! So We say something about the fire alarm going off in our room and they say it was something that happened on the first floor. They never even apologize for the noise or inconvenience.

It was clean. The rooms were spacious. Had all the necessities. Beds/mattresses were clean and comfy. Had some Amazon deliveries which they received and sent up to my room. Didn't use the gym or have breakfast so I can't comment on those things Otherwise I stayed here 5 nights. All in all a good experience.
