I stay at this location a lot, maybe three or four times a year. It's not a bad spot, but I have watched the level of upkeep slowly decline. I fear it may begin to look shabby after too long. However, for the time being it's my go-to spot.

Nice hotel. Indoor pool was nice and clean. The facility itself was very clean as well. The employees are nice and polite. The full breakfast is normal nothing special. Will definitely stay again if I visit New York again.

Old and smelly rooms, horrible service at reception desk, do not honor commitments given over the phone (re cancellation policy). Holiday Inn customer service cannot help either, as de-facto this is a separate hotel.

Big rooms that can be improved! Great place. We loved the breakfast and specially the employee responsible for the breakfast (11th oct) .

The hotel room was quite dirty and run down. I was afraid of walking barefoot on the carpet. The breakfast in the morning was decent.

Great location. Close to the Premium Outlets. Very clean. Continental breakfast was great for the price. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The front desk were great. Upgraded me and in general were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, cool ( a/c worked quietly and well), comfortable and had everything one might need.

The rooms are old and not terribly clean. The desk was covered in scratches, and the chairs/sofa covered in stains. The bathroom had mold in between the tiles, of which many were broken. The deadbolt on the door didn't work. Despite being a non smoking room, the room smelled like it had been recently smoked in. Not exactly a $200 a night experience. It seems like they don't bother with maintenance. The bed was comfortable and clean though.

I didn't stay there. I visited some friends while they were eating the free brunch. I didn't expect to see sausage, eggs, do it yourself pancakes, fresh fruit Amazing brunch.

I went to this hotel after my friend's wedding. We were told that we would have our own event room after the wedding to continue our celebrating. However, when we got back, the hotel said if they get a single noise complaint, the first person they see was getting arrested. Could not believe how unaccommodating they were. Would not recommend this hotel if you are getting married in the surrounding area.

There was a long female hair in my bed the front desk agent told me not to worried about it. It was a housekeepers hair didn't wanna change my rooms or anything I was slightly pissed about it that is not acceptable or up to ihg standards

We had great time. The room was very clean and we were given a room in a specific area of the hotel as we requested. The staff member running the breakfast in the morning was super nice and the breakfast was great! Loved the pancake machine! Only issue was that there were no towels at the pool and it took 3 calls in 45 minutes to the front desk before someone brought the towels.​ Overall, great experience!
