Friendly and clean. Love the popcorn that's freshly popped every evening. The location is walking distance from a nice sports bar which has a really good size arcade for the kids. Everything else is just a min or two drive away. Stayed here 2 weeks and no complaints.

Like the place stayed there 5 days , Like the exercise room , pool , and the breakfast room. My one problem was how the cooks acted toward children. When I was there I saw a child come in. Late to breakfast , I had also come in Late they had no problem with me coming in late. The child went to get food and the cook came out and said whatever the time breakfast closed at and said you need to be here earlier. The cook still let the child eat but , she did give the child and mean look .

Very excellent place friendly staff very healthful comfortable beds reasonably priced. Golden Corral in the parking lot which is excellent pizza place next door absolutely fabulous food and other things really close.

Worth 5 stars. The room was clean, modern and taken care of. They went out of their way to make me feel appreciated. I used all of the coffee on the first night, so the housekeeper left extra when the room was cleaned. Rapid checkout was not only convenient, but personal too. I left at 5am the second morning. The breakfast didn’t start until 6, but the had coffee and cold items already out and told me to help myself. Great service. Thank you again.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was great. I was very relaxed and slept well. The guests at the hotel next to this one were somewhat shady. The breakfast was excellent. This hotel also had a laundry facility that was reasonably priced.

Great Holiday Inn Express. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked pantry. Good location. Good breakfast. The rooms were clean and felt modern. I will return.

Arrived in town without any reservations. Staff was friendly and more than helpful. I will only stay here when I'm in Casa Grande. Best hotel in town!

Main issue was the lack of outlets that worked in the room. Makes traveling difficult. Breakfast is the standard for Holiday Inn. I would stay again despite the electrical issue.

The rooms are clean and show that this is a Holiday Inn from this side of the 2000s. The AC runs very well keeping the room at my preferred 66 degrees F, without being annoying at all contrary to every other hotel AC ever.

Nice, clean property in Casa Grande.
Very nice staff. Lots of options for breakfast and they also have a popcorn snack in the afternoon.
Room was spacious and clean.

The rooms definately need an upgrade. The vents in the bathroom had dust around the outside, and the door frame was coming apart. The food was fine for breakfast, however should be avoided for dinner. Very stale and the service in the restaraunt wasn't great. The bar has no consistency in their mixed drinks. The front desk staff was very polite!!

I found myself, my 2 toddlers, my 17 year old teenager and my husband in a position where we needed to vacate our flooded out house for almost 2 weeks. During that time we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express of Casa Grande.
We came to know almost all of the staff and all of them were VERY friendly, nice and accommodating to my family and myself.
They were always very attentive to our needs and I never had one occasion that I can think of that I was dissatisfied during our entire stay.
The entire facility was kept immaculate at all times. The pool area was always clean and well stocked with clean towels. The dining area was spotless and the food prep area was always clean.
The housekeeping and hospitality crew were AMAZING and we are fond of ALL of them. They were always so polite and made my family feel like family. I will miss seeing their smiling faces every day!!
I just could literally go on and on.
One thing that really impressed me is they just don't let people walk into the hotel and roam around. There is ALWAYS someone at the front desk to assist ANYONE that walks through the front doors to ascertain who they are there to see. It made me feel VERY secure to know that not just anyone could come strolling in.
Thank you Holiday Inn Express of Casa Grande. You truly were a blessing when my family needed lodging!
