Had a great stay here passing though town on my way to visit family for Christmas. Clean rooms and decent breakfast!
Conveniently located off interstate, hotel is in an area with adjacent hotels, gas stations, and fast food establishments. Rooms are standard for this type of chain hotel, and the staff is friendly. Morning breakfast is hot and put out timely, but again, nothing outside what you would expect to find in this type of chain venues. For the price and availability, this is a better choice compared to other brands of motels in the area. Parking lot is well lit but space is limited due to the size of the property. Another hotel is being built next door so parking that would have been available between the two units is at a loss temporarily.
Not as new as most Holiday Inn Express locations but good rates! Clean! And breakfast was plentyful. Stopped here on the way to Florida and was able to get a room at 1am.. Parking was kind of a nightmare due to construction (possibly a new hotel?) But other than that, no issues.. Night clerk was very friendly and personable.. He knew folks in TN and had family there so had a good conversation while getting checked in.
Pros: very comfortable beds & pillows. Adequate complimentary breakfast. Nice TV. Cons: could be easier to access from main road, the drive leads you straight to another hotel before you get there. Maybe a stronger ac when the weather is this hot.
A pretty standard holiday inn Express. Everything was clean and the room was plenty spacious. Plenty of amenities nearby. It was a little difficult to find since it was behind some other hotels off the main road.
"Good enough" kind of hotel. Safe area, convenient to highway, decent prices, clean enough, staff was quick to check in. Located in kind of a weird spot on the property, but it doesn't affect the stay. Interior is outdated and probably could use an overhaul, but doesn't affect sleep-ability. Good enough for a one night stay as we pass through. Several restaurants within walking distance. I'd be okay with staying here again.
First let's get right to the point. Parking was not available., $120 room with visible damage. Bathroom with water damage on floor & walls. Attention to detail, carpet stains , broken towel hanger. And to one side of Hotel is another ( not uncommon ) but the price for that one is way less. So not only did I not feel comfortable with the guest from next door, in the morning right at 7 am construction began. (Building another inches from this one) Couldn't rest or relax. Avoid this Holiday Inn unless you have personal wish to just be dissatisfied.
Stayed here one night as we were returning from vacation. Definitely not the nicest Holiday In Express that you will find. The room was clean but smelled of smoke (the room was non-smoking). In the morning it became clear why the room stunkit was directly over the outside smoking area.
The night clerk was nice but stressed addressing the many issues that was cropping up with everyone's stay.
The pull-out bed in our "suite" did not have any linens. No linens were stored in the room. Went to the front desk to get linens and had to sign for a bag of linens. The bag only contained a pillow and a blanket. Had to make another trip down to get sheets and an additional pillow.
We stayed here in our way home from Disney to get some quick sleep before we headed back on the road. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and it served its purpose for us. We didn't explore the hotel other than the room.
The guy in front office was great. He prepared everything before I come to them . The room key access card and my invoice and he was so nice. I liked the room it was big and the air conditioner was perfect. coffee maker is available in the room and the bed was very comfortable. What I didn't like is bathroom.
