I am merely passing through to get back home. I am utterly mortified. People make loud noise at night. The door has no proper seal. I spoke with management and they took made it right.

Room was freezing, door wouldn't shut all the way, coffee machine didn't work, furniture was beat up, rusted old bathtub. Bed was soft but only had two pillows for 2 people. Parking lot had too much ice we had to make our own spot so i could get out of the car and not fall while carrying my baby.

Location is great but for $91+ tax, I expected more. Should note that all listings online were for $65-75 plus tax, but they would not budge on their rates when we arrived. We had a strong rainstorm and water came into our room. When I went down to the ask for more towels because the water was being pushed into our room. The lady at the front desk gave me one towel. Breakfast was some apples, 2 types of cereal and a waffle maker. Bath looks updated but is not being cleaned properly so it looks gross in the cracks and corners. Also the remodel in the bathroom was done so uneven there is a large 2 inch separation between the tile and the tub. I can only imagine what the mold situation is. All and all total regrets staying there, especially for what I paid.

I travel at least a couple of times a year and I found this Red Roof Inn to be very nice and ran by very friendly people. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone. 👍

Red Roof Inn and every other chain that sells to foreigners should be prepared for the train wrecks like this place. They do not clean. They do not properly serve breakfast. They do not understand our expectations for cleanliness and customer service. I just refuse to accept less than a smile and a welcome at any hotel. If every other owner/manager can provide this then certainly people born in India or Pakistan can provide it too. It's not a hard skill to learn! Cleaning supplies are cheap and readily available in the USA.

Best stay this month. Ice machine located conveniently on the same floor. Light switch by door did not turn on any lights.

Terrible experience. From the wait staff to the actual hotel. One of, if not the most disgusting hotels I have EVER stayed in. I called the front desk to ask for new sheets because of the amount of stains on the ones in the room, and the lady had the audacity to tell me to walk down rather than her deliver to the room. I will never come back, and I have never been more disgusted with the cleanliness of a room in my life. Terrible customer service as well, cleaned my room once in a weeks long stay. Do not stay here, it is a waste of money, and there are plenty of other hotels right down the street.

This is a drug dealer hotel!Nasty,Nasty, Nasty!
I had people knocking on my door trying to sell drugs.
    Stay AWAY.
The staff would not give me clean room when I complained or my money back.
The owner sent me an email offering a discount on my next visit, like I would actually come back to this place LOL.
Redroof should be ashamed to have there name on this place.
I have been a truck driver for twenty years this is the worst place I have ever seen in the USA.

Room was good. Location was good. Pool left a lot to be desired, was very dirty. A lot of noise the night we were there. Drunks in the pool at 1am and the like.

Do not I repeat do not stay at this hotel. We got there and went into our room and walked backed out. The room was filthy, black stuff on the walls, the bedsheets were stained and had cigarette holes in them. The room drakes of smoke and there were pills outside our door on balcony. There was used beer cans in the dresser. Front desk comes up and says oh I forgot to clean there and laughed. Are you serious? This place is disgusting. We were able to get our money back and went across the street to country inn and suites which is awesome, remodeled and clean.

Good location right off of the interstate. Clean room, friendly customer service. Breakfast was very basic, with the option of a waffle. Would stay again if I stop through here.
