  Went to visit the new Casper store at Ponce City Market after reading all the hype online about the brand. Not only was I disappointed with the product itself but the salesperson has absolutely no clue about the features and benefits of the product. We went to the Mattress firm basically across the street to check out the competition. The combination of Kristen, our sales associate, the adjustable base demo and the mattress- we were sold. Night and day experience.

  The sales associates wer great, they provided great customer services, great information, and they were patient with me. If your looking for a mattress and want to deal with good honest people, go to this location in midtown. Awesome!

  This was by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. First i purchased a queen bed set which I was charged full price for, but then told afterwards that the box spring was unavailable and I would have to wait for four days for it to arrive. I was not offered an apology or compensation for my inconvenience so I requested a refund. After going 10 days without receiving my refund I called back just to be informed that until I returned and retrieved what THEY did not provide me with, the refund process would not start. So I had been going without a box spring and the money I paid for it for 2 weeks before being told that the refund process hadnt even started. Very disorganized staff, I would not patronize this establishment.

  My boyfriend and I came in to look for a new mattress for our new 2-br apartment. We had been other places and knew sort of what we were looking for. Harrison was so knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect mattress (and pillow!) for the best possible deal. We've already recommended our friends to go to Mattress Firm Midtown because we had SUCH a positive experience!

  The moment I stepped walked in my experience was exceptional. I was greeted by Jeremy who one of the most knowledgeable associates I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He walked me through my options and choices based on my selection criteria. Felicia and Ola were equally as friendly.

  Worked with Stanley and he was great. He listened to what I needed (I have bad joints) and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. He wasn't pushy and was there to make sure I was happy. My mom even left with a bed! Will recommend to anyone.

  I had an awful time in this store. The sales associate was very pushy. Even after stating several times we were there just to look, he inserted himself into our conversation and kept trying to show us his sales materials. We just wanted to check out the beds, and instead we wound up spending most of our time fending off the salesguy :( thumbsdown
