Overall a great room at a decent price. Very friendly staff and breakfast was pretty good.
We arrived late, and were too frazzled to complain about the stinky room. After eating breakfast, we went to see about changing rooms. The concierge, although busy with a phone, heard our complaint, took my cell number, and said she would look for another. Within two minutes, she handed us a key card for a room to look at. While checking the room, she called the room phone to ask how we liked it. When I said that the heater had a dusty smell, she sent the maintenance supervisor up to have us check yet another room, the one we ended up moving to. The hotel is undergoing a major "refresh", so I felt that the staff was very accommodating to our needs.
Staff was friendly. They were doing renovations on the bathrooms. A little noisy until about 5 pm.
Very nice clean room. Amazing employees! The ladies the front desk were very very sweet.
We came for our sons USMC graduation and received a discount for having a family member graduating. I expected to have a smaller room because of that, but our room was awesome. It was large and roomy, very clean. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfast featuring omelets and pancakes, fruit and bagels etc. I was so pleased with our stay here. I definitely recommend it.
Best Holiday Inn! Don't let the price fool you. It's inexpensive (compared to)BUT they don't skimp on the amenities. Very clean and accommodating. They have a cold AND hot breakfast bar (turkey sausage, eggs, pancakes etc). A+ customer service. Would definitely stay again!
Spent the night on our way to vacation, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Within walking distance of restaurants and several stores. Breakfast was included, which was the usual hotel breakfast, but it hit the spot and had coffee, so I was happy! No compaints.
The whole experience has been great. The customer service representative that checked us in was cordial and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms were also convenient, with a refrigerator, Keurig and microwave.
We made last minute reservations online. Upon arrival my husband was told all rooms were sold out but they made it work for us and found a room. We're not sure how that worked out. If there's no rooms we should never have been able to book it. Unfortunately the room we were given was dirty. The bathroom floor had hair all over it. While a strand can be easily missed this was a lot to be missed. We used the pullout couch and there were no linens on the bed. Any hotel we've stayed at with a pullout at least the sheets are already on the bed. The lines were thankfully in the room, but even the pillow didn't have its case on it. In the end we were thankful to had found a room for the night but for 20 mins off I-95 we will not be returning unless absolutely necessary.
I've come to work overnight at the local Sam's club and come to find this hotel is not well suited for people who need to sleep durring the day as they have thin white decorative curtains and no way to block out the daylight.
I had a great experience and enjoyed my stay, thank you! Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I will be back and I will recommend to friends and family.
Generally clean. Nice employees. Couch in room had cushions that don't match it. Was odd.
I just recently stayed here for the second time. My first stay here, October 2015, was absolutely great. The Front Desk Associate that checked me in was superb. He was there throughout my stay and I couldn't have asked for a better attendant. Where they were lacking in other areas, this gentleman made up for it with just his Customer Service skills. I was looking forward to going back again. I was immensely disappointed! The only thing good about this stay was that the room was clean and no one bothered us the entire stay. (Which also means that we didn't get our room serviced for 3 of the 4 nights we were there even though we didn't put up a do not disturb sign). There needs to be some serious training at this facility.
